2008 Winnabago 31M Is wheel simulator supposed to fit flush with my rims before i bolt them on? They like half an inch touching rim,

Mine do not fit tight either. Wheel weights are one of the reasons but when tightened snugly they fit on mine about an 1/8 inch from rim. They tighten fine and look good. As long as the holes line up right with existing steel rim should do fine. They are bolted on.

will these fit a 2014 Chevy 4500?
