Great quality and very effective for muscle tension
I’m so happy I found this! It immediately brought back memories from my childhood. Anyone who grew up in the former USSR will probably recognize the Kuznetsov applicator. I use it for my back, neck, shoulders, and feet, and I really enjoy the strong pressure-point effect. It can feel quite intense when you first lie on it, but after a few minutes my muscles start to relax and it becomes very comfortable. I especially like using it after a long day when my back or neck feels tense, and for me it provides noticeable relief from muscle discomfort and soreness. The applicator feels well made, and considering the quality and how often I can use it, I think it’s a very good value for the money. I’m also very happy that this particular one is made in Ukraine. It’s simple, effective, and something I expect to use for a long time. Definitely a 5-star purchase for me!!

Works but needles way too sharp
I've been using these needle acupuncture mats for most of my life. The size is great for travel, and it works very well, IF you can get used to the crazy sharpness of its needles - on par with real acupuncture metal needles. You can poke through your finger skin easily, not kidding. On the other hand, sharpness increases healing effect. Initially, you might want to cover it with some thin cloth before laying on it. Over time, it will get more bearable and dull. I keep it in the bag it came in, so it doesn't make holes in my clothing in the luggage when traveling.

At first, standing on this thing is no joke—it’s definitely uncomfortable. But once you get used to it, the tension it releases is insane! You start feeling relief in places you didn’t even realize were tight. It’s a game-changer for relaxation and recovery. Stick with it, and you’ll feel the difference!
