This a magnificent tool as it has a light to see what you are grabbing for and the magnet is a super plus! Works fabulous for any automotive or snowmobile need and /or sewing need. Or just for grabbing anything. It is very sturdy and good stretch for any small to medium size gadget to pick up. Also has very good grip. VERY useful tool.

From the luxurious red metallic finish to its superb flexibility these are more then mechanical fingers, they are a work of art. They have enabled me to excel in all endeavors. They can't, however, core a apple.

Good product - Claw works fine and magnet seems fairly strong. The light isn't super bright but should be sufficient to light up the inside of a wall cavity or under an appliance. I'm subtracting one star for dead batteries upon arrival. They are LR44, so not a particularly common size to have around the house to replace them with.

So I got a new kitten recently, and she has an uncanny ability to knock things under furniture, or behind the dryer, or other hard-to-reach places. This thing is perfect for fishing those out of locations where I'd otherwise have to move large appliances to reach, or repeatedly try to golf them out with a yardstick. The built in LED light is obscured by the claw so it really only illuminates when you depress the plunger to deploy the claw, but when you do the light is adequate enough in dark areas. Not bright, but enough to aid your aim.As of this review the product description contradicts itself on whether batteries are included, so to be clear this DOES include batteries. It ships with a little plastic film that breaks the circuit to prevent accidental activation though, so you have to unscrew the cap on the plunger and remove that before the light will work.Translation issues notwithstanding, this is a perfect grabber. Tough too for its size, it actually hurts when I let it grab my finger.

Every time I pull this thing out I I chant “the claaaaaaw”. This thing is amazing. Functions exactly how I need it which is to pull wires through tight crevices for car audio and an installation. It has lasted me a couple years so it’s durable, the light at the end is blinking so I need a new battery but the thing still works. The size is about 2 and a half feet so it’s like an extension of your arm and the magnet works well. Overall I have used this claw time and time again to pull wires through impossible scenarios where I would’ve had to otherwise remove multiple car panels before passing a wire through. Would recommend to anybody who has even a slight interest in installing anything electrical in their vehicle

This tool gets used every time I have to work under the hood of my pickup. I will always drop something where my fingers and hands just can not squeeze into to get. Not only does it have a magnet on the end that has some strong magnetic pull on it but the button style driven cable to operate the grabber claws on the end are a dream come true to grab that bolt that fell behind that other thing that's under this thing etc... oh and it has a light at the end under the grabber claws that is actually bright enough for it to be useful. The body of it can be contorted into many places and has good strength about holding its position. This is a great tool to be part of the everyday use category for mechanical work

This did exactly what I'd hoped. Our shower started to get standing water and I didn't want to mess with a large snake or calling a plumber. I knew it just had to be hair near the mouth of the drain. The light worked as it allowed me to see where the hair clumps were. I did not include photos because trust me it was quite disgusting. I pulled out 3 good sized chucks that each looked like about the size of a large rat. I recommend this tool.

Nice little tool. Really like the built in light so you can see what you're trying to grab.
