Missing a pair of sunglasses - but great otherwise!

These were great for fun pics recently! BUT - I ordered 2 and I was shorted one pair of glasses and had to quickly find another pair. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

It's all bent and the ribbon is not on right. Twisted. I would like to return it. It cost 17 bucks and looks like I bought it from the dollar store
