Q: Could you use these for quad roller skates?

Quad skates could take 7 or 8mm bearings. If your old bearings have 608 written on them they're 8mm. If 627 then they're 7mm bearings.

Q: Do these come with the spacers?

If you are referring to the spacers that go in between the bearing, then no. The box of bearings is all that comes when ordering these. You open the box, and there are 16 bearings inside. Nothing more.Hope that helps. P.S. I just bought these for a pair of Riedell high-boot skates that I have skated on for years. They are 1000% better now. I forgot what it was like to skate with good bearings.My skates don't have any spacers. These just press into the wheel. They are 7mm inside diameter, so be sure your skates require a 7mm bearing, not an 8mm.
