Giraffe Tools Retractable Pressure Washer Wall Mounted

I mean it's a pressure washer, it works, and it is wall mounted so as no need to get it out each time. Solid.

The idea of this pressure washer is what made me want to buy it, wall mounted & with a long integrated hose reel. After seeing a lot of the reviews I was abit worried but thought I’d try it out anyway, especially for the price. I have to say, it’s been brilliant so far, so convenient, easy to install & setup. I’m using it for my valeting business and I have to say it’s performing perfectly. I don’t know if people are doing something wrong with theirs but mine is going really well, I’ve even set it up with my stubby gun. Yes it is abit on the noisy side but I’ve helped this abit by using some sound deadening and it’s reduced the noise slightly. Fingers crossed it continues to be a decent machine

GUTTED, purchased as i absolutely loved the idea of it, ignored all the bad reviews for giraffe pressure washers, as there were some good ones amongst them (albeit not long term) and hoped i would get one of the few good units, there are many videos online showing why they are to be avoided and how poor the internal parts are but hey ho the idea was to good to pass! If i would of wrote the review in the first month it would of been a rave review (gun is really poor quality compared to others, but it worked so that was fine with me and can be upgraded im sure) everything was perfect, washing the cars every couple of days, absolutely over the moon and recommending it to others etc. Month 2, intermittently would not kick in when the trigger was pulled and then completely died. Checked fuses etc. It was out of Amazons 30 day return, so contacted giraffe twice who completely ignored me. We have been very fortunate that Amazon have stepped in to issue us with a return amd refund even after the returns period. I can't wait for a reliable company to make this kind of thing! But i would honestly avoid these things like the plague, because inevitably its going to fail one way or another and the warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.

I love this thing. The hose is super long. It's long enough for me to pull it out and do the windows around the back of the house. But the convenience of not having to mess around is a game changer. Turn on the water, turn on the power and off you go. The reel back action is strong too. And it's more power than my old karcher. I did buy a separate gun and foam bottle, I mostly use it for washing my cars and the lance is too old school. But I'm in love.

This is an absolute beast of a pressure washer, it has all the fittings and fixtures you need to wall mount it and a super strong hose to connect it up. The motor isn't overly loud and has a smooth start and stop feature. It runs off a standard 13amp socket and didn't get overly warm when in use. The pressure is brilliant and comes with additional nozzles for different spray patterns. The hose is a slow retract and is super long and works very well. I dropped it a star as in it's first use it blew an o-ring on the nozzle end and water came out everywhere, there were no spare orings included which would have been very much appreciated as I feel these will blow due to the pressure. Luckily I have spares and have replaced it successfully myself. Overall a very professional type washer perfect for a garage.

The brass hose connector didn't work so had to improvise and buy another connection to connect to the mains. But so fair I love this saved so much time not having to get my karcher out just switch it on and go.

I was very apprehensive about buying this machine as I have always had the leaky Karchers. But it arrived a few days ago, easy setup amazing recoil hose, it's alot more powerful than my karcher k3 was and the snow foam cannister works really well, I'd say it slightly noiser than the k3 but nothing too unbearable. So I'm over the moon with it.

Happy apart from lance isn't working now as it should tried getting support but nothing

Fantastic so far. Good quality and doing what is supposed to do.

I have had this washer for 14months and it works great. Last week during use, it developed a leak on the short connector hose from the pressure washer to the hose reel. Upon inspection, I found the hose had blown. I contacted customer service via email and supplied my invoice and some pictures of the problem. The next morning, I had a response requesting address confirmation. Later that day I received confirmation that a new replacement pressure washer was being sent to me. In less then a week, I received a complete new unit. They also did not want the failed unit returned to them. This was my first purchase of a Giraffe product, and with this level of customer service, it will not be my last.
