Keeps me from wanting to curse in front of my kids
Excellent product that seems to fit multiple sizes of bottles. When my daughter was sick I would get so angry when using the Zarabes cough syrup bottle because you had to stick the syringe down in the bottle of thick sticky medicine, it inevitably ended up making such a mess. I noticed some bottles came with this type of fitting and tried for awhile to pull them out of the empty bottles, then I figured you had to be able to buy those little things somewhere...of course they are on Amazon (isn't everything?). I measured my bottle and it was 22mm on the outside diameter, even though these said 24mm I took a chance and they fit perfectly. It seems that the outer rings are flexible enough that they could like fit a small variety of sizes. I can report that these fit wonderfully in the Hylands Cough Syrup bottles, and would likely also fit the Zarabes bottles. These are such a great addition to our medicine cabinet, just hate that it took me so long to learn about them!

Great Dispenser
I got these for my children’s Advil container. I use the syringe to give medicine to them and hated putting it in the big bottle to get the liquid out. It would get messy on the outside of the syringe and then never really got the last bits of the medicine unless I poured it into another container. It was just messy. I had infant bottles that had the adapters in them and thought that was a great idea so looked for ones that fit the bigger bottles. At first I didn’t think it would fit because it is for 24mm bottles. Then was looking on the websites and there is a range that it fits. The bottles had a 18mm opening and these fit. It doesn’t leak out and I can just put the syringe tip in and get the medicine out and no mess. Love it!!

Good, but 22mm is probably better for most applications
I bought these for use in a prescription bottle for a child, and they do fit into the neck. They also fit many children's medication bottles, i.e. Advil, Tylenol, etc. They allow a slip-fitting syringe (non-threaded type) to draw medication with the bottle inverted. If you draw a bit too much and push it back in with the bottle inverted, these will leak around the edges (and I'm talking .2cc or so, not a huge amount, that will cause leaking). The one drawback of these is the size of the flange at the top--the part that keeps them from falling into the bottle. It is big enough in diameter that it catches on the inside of the child-proof cap for the medicine bottles, and unless you're very careful, the adapter gets pulled out by the cap when you unscrew it. You can trim the flange a bit with scissors or a razor knife, but I have a strong feeling that the 22mm size would be spot-on, and will order those next since the cost is so low. These are a wonderful accessory--you'll wonder how you ever got by without them!

Perfect fit for 2-8oz medicine bottles
My toddler has been on liquid allergy medicine for what seems like forever, and she's taken Tylenol for teething and fever here & there. To save money, I buy children's medicine instead of the infant kind (same dose in both) but only the infant kind has the dose syringe. The pharmacy desk didn't always have spare syringes & adapters, so I gave these a try, knowing I could always return them if needed.Well, they fit in everything! From 2oz travel Tylenol all the way up to 8oz Zyrtec. I have enough adapters to last until she grows into using dose cups.

I love these little things
I love these little things! I didn't even know they existed until a few months ago when I saw one in a Rx bottle. I decided all my baby med bottles could use these. They fit in every bottle I've tried thus far. We have generic and name brand meds and it seems to fit them all. I also really like the hole in the top. Some might worry that little hole makes it so the bottle can spill and you still need a lid but I love it because I can still use it to pour the medicine in a dosage cup for my older kids that need a larger dose than a syringe.

Messy
These are made of a more rigid plastic than adaptors I have purchased in the past so they don't seal or form to the neck of the bottle well. When tipped upside-down they leak around the adaptor and make a mess. Also, the syringe is difficult to insert due to the hardess of the plastic. My bottle opening is about 19mm and the adaptors ARE tight and require adequate pressure for insertion and are difficult to remove, so they ARE large enough; I believe the design and material are the issue here. Also the ring parts of the adaptor that are pliable or contort when pressed into place are too short. Some adaptors have more of the flexible part, and softer plastic, ensuring a better seal and more uniform pressure around the inside neck of the bottle. However, that being said, if cost is your main determining factor and you do not mind the mess, these might be a good buy. They're certainly better than nothing.

Just what we needed to get medicine into a 2 year old
My two year old has graduated from baby pain relievers to children's pain relievers, but she refuses to sip the medicine from the little measuring cup included with the children's medicine. She insists on taking it from a baby medicine syringe. These adapters allow us to fill the syringes mess-free like we did when she was taking baby Tylenol. This bag of 20 should last us a long time. I have successfully removed an adapter with a fork (put a tine in the hole and lift) and reused it, but you have to do it carefully to avoid damaging it in a way that would allow leaks.
