Miss leading product title or description.

When I added this product to my cart it said: grease. After the purchase, I checked the order's tracking status, and the product description changed. Reviewed the product page and it said oil. I received the product and is grease, I contacted amazon, I was so pissed off, however I received what I expected. Changes on the product page after a purchase shouldn't be allowed !!!Also the image can be miss leading . the jar is very small...
