Advanced Plus MSM Coated Tablets, Joint Health Supplement with Glucosamine and Chondroitin, 120 Count, Pack of 2

I've been consuming this supplement for 15 days. Finally beginning to receive benefit by way of less pain and aching in one knee and opposite hip. Appears to help shoulders, wrists and ankles as well. The days 1-4 revealed that it REALLY must be taken with food, lest you receive late warning that a bathroom break is imminent and NOT negotiable.

I have been using Move Free’s Glucosamine and Chondroitin for at least a decade. I was about to have knee surgery because of what felt like bone on bone pain when I walked. I’m a walker so this was a problem. I went to an acupuncturist who recommended that I take Glucosamine and Chondroitin - 2 in the A.M. and 2 in the evening for 2 weeks and then 2 a day after. These worked like a charm so didn’t need the surgery. You have to take the right amount or these will do you no good but if you take them correctly you will get great results. This new variation uses 3 pills instead of the 2 but they are easy to take while some like this are huge. This variation includes additional Hyaluronic Acid, Calcium Fructoborate and MSM. I’m not sure they work so much better than the one with with reddish label on the front which only requires you to take 2. Try for yourself - they both work. These also seemed to take away hip burning that I was starting to have before I started taking these over a decade ago. It looks like they also cushion shoulders so may have actually helped a rotator cuff injury that I had acupuncture on. Didn’t realize this until looking on this listing. For some reason people seem reluctant to take these before getting knee or hip surgery. Give this a try for a few months and you may not need it. Why expose yourself to possible sepsis if this could solve your problem. Surgery should be the very last thing you try.

I gifted these to my family, and they've been taking them as supplements for their joint pain. It doesn't work right away but if you commit to these in the long run, there's a difference in how you feel about your joints.
