What is the difference between the golden coloured bosch hss bits, and these black ones?

Gold Bits are Titanium coated, gives you a slightly better life. Black ones are coated with Black oxide. They give you value for money.

is this drill bits suitable for aluminium?

I have not used this drills for drilling aluminium, But normal HSS drill will do your job. While quality of this drill bit set is not good, it is not working on steel as expected. INDIAN make drills are far better then this set.
