Hexbug Carded Glow Nano, Multi Color

I bought it after seeing it as one of the most popular toys on Amazon.. I thought it would make a nice gift for my nephew. But ever since it arrived this morning, I have been addicted to it.. It's fascinating to see the tiny creepy crawly nudging its way through all the nooks and crannies in my house! I also built a small obstacle course with shampoo bottles which it promptly completed successfully.. It rights itself on its own when overturned and changes course when it hits something..it may go under the sofa and then find its own way out... Really amazing!!I am sure children will love it...I plan to keep this one and buy a new one for my nephew 'Thank you Amazon for introducing international quality products to us at (not exactly reasonable yet) affordable prices...

It is a new product with respect to Indian markets because we have never seen such a product being sold at retail toy stores or anywhere else so I was very excited having ordered it. It almost makes us feel that it is a real bug until we hold it in our hands. It only works on hard surfaces and there is only a radium sticker on its body which makes it glow in dark. The main disadvantage(not a big one) is that we have to replace its batteries very often which are not very costly so you can buy it in bulk but it comes with its own batteries for first time use so don't worry about it.And unfortunately you cannot choose the colour of the bug, it comes as per the availability and this also does not affect my 5 star rating. It just keeps on roaming here and there until its batteries die out. It also gets itself turned in the right direction if droppedfrom a height(I tried this many times and it is great fun to see it correcting itself ant then again start running).You can buy this or the simple Hexbug Nano as they are both almost the same. The only difference is that of a radium sticker which is of no use,whatsoever.Children (and even you) will be delighted on seeing this toy work. A true fun......

Really nice small buy for the price tag. It's really addictive, I prefer glow variants as they're somewhat detectable if they get stuck underneath beds or other furniture.Highly battery drainer but worth it.Bought full blister of spare LR44/AG13 batteries.Will soon expand the collection.

The bug moves like a real bug & can turn around to avoid obstacles.It can straight up by itself if turned around.It glows in the night.A perfect innovative toy for children.However I also received a moshi monster free with it which was not listed on item site page.May be was a complementary for me by the seller.Tje seller primarc pecan retail is a reliable & good seller.

I have at-least a dozen of hex-bugs in my house. They are pretty cool innovations.These are being used by kids for at-least 6 months now and they are pretty good even today. Only con is batteries!!!Coming to glow nano, one star minus because if you expect it to glow bright under dark, you will be disappointed. Under perfect darkness you will see the glow, but its very dim.As a normal hex-bug it is perfectly fine

Plus Points:It's fun to see that kids trying to catch or touch the busy bug which moves here and there as if trying to avoid kids to catch it.Stands on its feet within 8 to 10 seconds if its put on its side or back.Helps in decreasing kids fears at early age.Other Points:If you are not watching it for some seconds too, its hard to find where it crawled or hidden.

These are brilliant! I bought 2 of them and regret not having bought more. These are small bugs and look very real. Can be easily mistaken for cockroaches. They have amazing obstruction sense and can flip back if inverted. They can surely keep children interested for a very long time. Keep a watch on them as they can get lost easily.

Had bought earlier,buying second time, it certainly has the looks and functioning of a bug and the glow adds to its reputation. Now owns total five of them and its a worth to watch them run like little bugs in the dark. Bought for great price with great service from amazon. Really good buy and I recommend this too !

This is a cool little item for my two indoor cats, it scuttles about the floor and they just love it. It does state that if it flips on its back it will get back into its feet, however this hasn't been the case for me but it's not a massive concern.. Only issues I have is that I now feel like a furniture mover considering the little blighter has vanished under my fridge and sofa and can't get back out on its own so I have to retrieve it... Leaving it in catnip also adds to the fun of the cats chasing it

This was a massive disappointment. Bought as gift for my grandson and the batteries were completely corroded.

Got it for my little girl as a birthday present, she put it down for the cat. Cat loved inspecting it, lots of fun. The true magic happened when she started brushing the cat with it. Now cat is obsessed and following my daughter around for more nano-brush strokes, hilarious.For the intended purpose it works brilliantly, highly recommend. Had to write a review and mention the brush thing, just be careful in-case your cat actually hates the idea!

It needs to be made MUCH clearer that these bugs don't climb! Seeing as many of the Hexbug tracks have vertical sections in them, I really don't understand why all the Hexbugs don't have the rubber spines on the back. Could have been some very disappointed children at Christmas if I hadn't spotted this and ordered some V2 bugs.

The bug arrived yesterday turnee it on and it worked for about 30mins not even that and then it stopped working! I would like a full refund please as this is a waste of money!

Good fun but it's important to know that these won't climb up the tubes or tunnels of hex bug sets and don't often right themselves if they flip over. For climbing you need the nano v2 bugs which also have spines on their backs and are much better. These bugs are fine as add ons for the Bugs in the kitchen game.

bought as a replacement for bug in the game "bugs in the kitchen", great add on for presents. And it really GLOWS in the the dark!

Good little toys, you can make little tracks out of recycling to see where they will go and race them.

Does not work on carpet but I have a flat cardboard box top and the girls love it!

Nice stocking filler. My son fidgets alot so thought this would be a fun little thing to muck about with. He doesn't have a track but still has fun with it.

I actually got this for my kitten after seeing some posts online about it and she absolute loves it!
