Works as it should
Works well for reaching in small crevices. Much better than the tube that comes with the small cans of foam. The tube on this is very ridged, so it does not bend out of position like the other tubes can. Other than reaching in areas that are difficult to reach, what I find that I like most about this is that it is not terribly difficult to clean. I find that the really cheap carburetor & choke cleaner works great to clean the foam insulation. I have been using it for years. It literally melts the foam (before it has cured) and washes out like water. Since the tube of this unit is Teflon coated, it is even easier. This is easy to use, if you have used the expanding foam at all, you will have no issue using this. But do not wait to clean it...do that ASAP after you have used it. It can change from easy to difficult if you wait too long.

Professional-Grade Precision and Reliability – Invaluable for My Historic Church Renovation.
When you are tackling a massive, complex project like converting a 163-year-old church, standard straw-dispensed foam cans simply will not cut it. You need absolute precision, reliable flow control, and a tool that won't clog up between uses. The Sprayman Foam Dispensing Gun has proven to be an exceptional piece of equipment for sealing the endless gaps, drafts, and framing voids inherent in historic structures. Heavy-Duty, Non-Stick Construction The standout feature of this gun is the complete Teflon coating. Anyone who has worked with expanding polyurethane foam knows it sticks to everything and can ruin a dispensing tool instantly if left to harden. The Teflon coating on this unit makes clean-up incredibly straightforward. Dried foam on the exterior flakes right off, and the internal valving stays clear and smooth, allowing for repeated use without the typical clogging headaches. Precision Flow Control & Adaptability Old-world construction means every single gap and void is a completely different size. The brass flow-control adjustment screw at the rear of the gun is highly responsive, letting you dial in the exact bead size needed—from a tiny bead for narrow window casings to a heavy flow for filling deep wall cavities. It adapts flawlessly to multiple major brands of professional pro-series foam cylinders. The threads lock down securely with zero pressure leaks or sputtering. Reach & Extensions The inclusion of dual extension tips is incredibly useful for historic renovation work. When you are reaching into deep sill plates, awkward overhead timber framing, or tight corners behind old plaster and lathe, those extra inches of reach allow you to deposit the foam exactly where it's needed without wasting material. Final Verdict For contractors or serious DIYers dealing with substantial insulation and sealing projects, this tool pays for itself almost immediately in saved material and drastically reduced hand fatigue compared to disposable cans. It is a durable, well-engineered tool that provides the exact professional-grade control required for demanding restoration work. Pros: Full Teflon coating makes maintenance and clean-up incredibly easy. Highly precise flow adjustment eliminates wasted foam. Compatible with a wide variety of standard professional foam canisters. The included extension tips are perfect for deep or awkward structural cavities. Cons: Requires standard foam cleaner solvent canisters to flush out the internals if you plan to store it empty for extended periods (standard practice for all pro-style foam guns).

Great to have on hand with expanding foam!
This foam dispensing gun has been a very helpful tool to have on hand when working with spray foam. It attaches easily and gives much better control compared to the disposable straw that usually comes with foam cans. The trigger allows for more precise application, which helps reduce mess and wasted product. One of the biggest advantages is avoiding the common issue of foam getting stuck inside the straw. The standard straws tend to clog quickly, especially if you pause between uses, and this gun eliminates that frustration. It makes applying foam smoother and more consistent. The gun itself feels functional, though it is fairly lightweight and not overly heavy duty. It works well for typical home projects, but may not feel professional grade for frequent or long‑term use. Overall, this is a great item to have with any spray foam, especially if you are tired of dealing with clogged straws. It does the job well and makes foam application easier and cleaner. A value for the money!

Sprayman Foam Dispensing Gun A Game-Changer for Sealing Projects
Our 25-year-old garage was badly in need of major sealing, and I hoped this foam gun would make the job easier for my husband, and it absolutely delivered! He was genuinely impressed with how easy and mess free it made the whole process. The gun was comfortable to hold, dispensed perfectly straight beads, and released just the right amount of foam every time. It also made reaching those tricky, hard to access spots much less of a hassle. From start to finish, it got the job done efficiently and cleaned up easily afterward. Safe to say, this has officially become his new go to tool that he expects to last through many more sealing projects.

decent when it works, but not without quirks.
I picked up the SPRAYMAN Spray Gun Cleaner (2-pack, 12.3 oz cans) to handle some expanding polyurethane overspray and a few stubborn insulation sealant spots. When it made contact the product did break down and soften cured spray PU over several minutes, and it cleaned my spray gun and some tools adequately. The cans are compact and the included straw/nozzle makes targeted application easier than trying to use a generic solvent from a larger container. That said, results were mixed. On very old, fully cured blobs of foam the cleaner only softened the surface and required scraping afterward; it wasn’t a miracle remover for everything. The aerosol action is useful for small jobs but the spray pattern can be a bit harsh and uneven for delicate areas. I also had one can develop a slightly clogged nozzle after a few uses that required soaking to clear. The solvent has a strong chemical smell and I’d definitely recommend gloves, eye protection, and good ventilation — it’s not something you want indoors without airflow. For the price the 2-pack is reasonable if you have occasional cleanup tasks or need a portable option. If you’re dealing with heavy, long-cured foam or large jobs, plan on pairing it with mechanical scraping or a heavier-duty remover. Overall: useful and convenient for light-to-moderate cleanup, but don’t expect it to handle every stubborn PU job perfectly.

This thing makes a pro out of a novice
I have used several different foam guns, this one is teflon coated, and that's a good thing for easy cleaning when dealing with foam. This looks par for the course with many other lower priced dispensing guns. I have used some of the pricer ones also, and those perform just the same, they release foam when you pull the trigger, stop when you release. I haven't found a good reason yet to spend more money on the pricer ones. They all can bend or break if dropped from any distance. I also like the included extension tubes for better reach with the foam gun in tight spaces. Foam canister is not included with the gun. Price is good for a teflon coated gun... most off the cheaper ones are not coated and will get all gummed up with foam that doesn't flake off like it will on this teflon coated version. From what I see, definitely looks like a winner to me! Recommended buy!

Excellent gun for your foam sprayer
So in the past, I have purchased the big tank systems for doing the spray foam. And they are so temperamental as well as the hoses and the nozzles get clogged up all the time. It’s just such a pain. I absolutely love this new set up where you have just a small can, and you can go and use it easily get through the can and not have to worry about having lots and lots of extra and excess. These guns work fantastic. It covers a large area. It comes with multiple nozzles for fan or direct corner. The gun itself is very durable. Make sure that you get the cleaner for the foam and each time you’re putting a new can on clean the gun out. It will save you a lot of extra hassle trying to clean it off later and by cleaning it regularly it will keep it usable for a long time. This gun is well-made and has safety features as well. You are getting a good value here.

Proper gun for sprayman foam
This is a great dispensing foam gun. Some key things to note is make sure you have the cleaner. If you use it with any type of insulation or window gap, fire block material and don't use the cleaning spray immediately after you are likely to never use the gun again so keep that in mind before making your purchase. The gun itself is well built. It dispenses foam quickly and even. I go through a couple cans of foam and give it a spray of cleaner and keep going until the project is finished. I've used it on a number of insulation projects so far and haven't run into any issues. It has a good feeling, fits in the hand well and is easy to use for hours. I like the price and the product is great. Until We Meet Again -Off The Grid Ken
