Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - PlayStation 3

I bought this for my husband. I do not like Call of Duty. I don't particularly like any game where people are constantly shooting at you (plus I tried COD once and there was a bug that made the floor shoot at me for some reason). I like action and adventure video games, but I really like a strong story line, something more than just "we are at war". But I picked this up while my husband was away from the console and it didn't take long until I was addicted to this game. It was a lot of fun, and the story line isn't bad either. I think it was the exo-suits that did it. :)

To be honest due to my business schedule I haven’t got the time to finish playing this game since last year either am really busy or am busy playing different COD online. When it came i was a bit disappointing that I didn’t get it in it’s original case but I look past that and i created a custom case for it and the cd works really great without any issues guess thats really the most import part so yeah it’s pretty good.

Wonderful game! Bought this in 2015... So glad I have. Love the strafing and exotic zombies... Purchases all for the ps3 and they had gave us a chance to get all the purchased dlc for our ps4 store... So we were able to just use the dlc for ps4 instead of rebuying em... Was a great deal... But now... It's on my ps4 and hand this down to my young brother for his ps3 and he loves it as well. Thanks!

I love this game. I am a 52 year old women who has been a video game player since "Pong". My girlfriend gave me a Playstation 3 for Christmas a few years ago and I love it. I have all the Call of Duty games as well as all the Battlefields except for the latest one, I'll add that to my collection before the end of this month. I don't play on line because I don't like all the trash talking, its too distracting for me. I especially like that Kevin Spacey is in it, love this guy.

Not as much free time to play video games as I’d want. On the plus side after time these originally $60 games become a bargain. I was pleased to get at least a generic PS3 case for the disc, I really appreciated that gesture.

Really just a poor game for the PS3. I play TDM exclusively. My review is purely about TDM. I like MW3 and COD BO II. This game is really neither. It was back ported to the ps3, graphics and performance are poor. Some things you will notice: 1. Menus are super slow, when you go to chose a gun, AW logo will fade in and out before it's displayed (if it is before the match). 2. When holding your gun it may just disappear (picture your hands holding and invisible gun). 3. Laggy 4. Game play is slow 5. Hard to see characters (couple of maps, the rooms are pitch black and dark corners) 6. Slow load times 7. Unable to open care packages. 8. Just buggy General impression, if you love black ops II and like to camp you will hate this game because you can be shot from numerous points. I don't camp so it's a non-issue for me. Campers you have been put on notice, this game is not for you. If you like to run and gun, be prepared to be shot from obscure people and places. I get shot a lot in the back or weird angles. Hand-guns are really nerfed. It takes a lot of shots to take someone down. If you love to snipe, your in the same boat as campers, your too slow and because you stay in one place or have limited mobility, your likely to die more often (of course there exceptions to this rule). Plan on mostly using smg/assault rifles. Very little weapon sway, good range. Game play is similar to unreal tournament, with a mix of MW3. No where near the skill required like black ops II. Black ops II requires you to be a good shooter since the boards are significantly smaller. Exosuits are ok addition, but to a certain degree are kind of lame. The exo shield? really? how many people use shields and effectively. Scorestreaks are neat since there class specific, this is the only positive of the game. Bottomline: It's slow, so slow to load on a ps3 that I can get two Black Ops II games in before I finish one AW. Graphics and Game play are so so. If you have Black Ops II or MW3, stick with that, you will enjoy it more. However, if you only play campaign, I will sell you my copy :-)

Great price. Quick response to my questions and quick shipping as well. The game itself as usual for new multi platform games on ps3 is not as well done as if i bought it on ps4. The game is laggy in the menus but not during gameplay. A bit annoying. But good game none the less
