This tea keeps me regular. I was told not to drink it every day though so I drink it every three days.

Been using slim tea that comes in the red box for many years. Decided to try this one. Both work very well. The reason why I ordered it online was because the store that carries this tea stopped stocking this product. Has a mild taste however the product is effective and works well.

Day one: If you are regular, it will take approximately 19 hours to work. The first trip to the bathroom (your waste may be semi-solid) will be followed by a second trip approximately one hour later (liquid waste). So, timing is everything. Day two: It will take approximately 7 hours to work with the second dose. Your first trip to the bathroom will again be followed by a second trip about one hour later. How do you know it is beginning to work? You will here sounds from your stomach/intestine area. It will feel like movement and very mild tightening in the upper stomach area just below your ribs. You can drink this every day, but: You may become dehydrated, so sip water as often as needed. You can lose between a half to one and a half pounds per day. It will be mostly water weight, but weight is weight, in my opinion. Use artificial sweetener or no sweetener at all. Sugar counteracts most weight loss, because sugar requires that your body retain 10 to 20 pounds of water to process sugar. If you need to lose more weight fast, the Super Slimming (in the red box) works more aggressively and produces more waste. However, so do the effects, including running to the bathroom and cramping. If you have a month to lose weight (and a day job), this will work fine. Expect to lose at least 15 pounds in a month. One of the effects is that this tea naturally curbs your appetite. It can make you "forget to eat", because you feel satisfied (not full), as if you just ate a light meal. It is a really good feeling. Taste: This is the least important thing to me, because I consider this tea a medicine. However, it tastes fine - like a green tea. It is not strong like a black, early gray, nor bergamot. For best results: Use one tea bag and about 10-12 ounces of water. Heat in the microwave for two minutes to get the water very hot. Let it steep (leave the tea bag in the water) for at least 15 minutes, before drinking.

Want to empty your system? Buy this! I have used these for years, and it helps clear me out! Waring though, if you do drink this, plan on staying home because you will probably go multiple times in the day

Definitely helps bowel movements, but haven't found myself to be getting any slimmer. I do love it though and will continue to drink it. Helps keep me regular.

Quality, taste and strength of the tea is great. Easy smooth releases

I love this tea. I always combine it with the Detox tea by the same company. I sometimes also throw in Celestial Seasonings Peppermint tea, just because I love peppermint tea. I typically allow it to steep at least 15 minutes, and the next morning, I'm off to the bathroom. And I'm usually off to the bathroom a few times throughout the morning into the afternoon, depending on what I've eaten. I never take it longer than the recommended 5 days at once. I usually go 3-4 days and then take a few days off, then back on depending on what I've eaten...if I've scarfed down something terrible, then YES, I drink it. If you are feeling bloated after a holiday binge, or summer binge, or weekend binge, or dangit I've had enough binge, then drink this tea and release all of your..."bloating."

I usually buy this tea at my local grocery store but for the price of 6 boxes on here, it’s a steal. I really don’t have a need to use this all the time but trust, 3 teabags and a few hours later will fix your constipation! Some of the other stool softeners out there taste awful and don’t work. You’ll be running to the toilet with glee after using this tea.
