Does it charge the Apple Watch?

I’m sorry I wouldn’t know as I don’t have an Apple Watch

Anybody tried this on the Samsung galaxy watch? Will it work?

Yep, it works with my Galaxy Watch 46mm. (The small Qi zone is the reason I bought this model).

Will the bank charge itself wirelessly from a power pad or does it need a cable?

It needs a usb cable (provided) to charge it, it can't be charged by a wireless charger but obviously can charge things wirelessly. Really well made, works well with my S9plus good finished and great product.

Does it work with Samsung Galaxy S10?

I use mine with an S9 so I am pretty sure it would work with the S10
