Awesome, Healthy Noodles!
This spaghetti noodle from De Cecco is far superior to any brand off the shelf in your local grocery store. By far you can see and taste the difference as soon as you open the package. These noodles hold their shape and hold the sauce unlike the cheap brand we grew up on. I can actually taste the difference between these and other "leading brands" and the taste is more pleasing especially after saucing it up, than those others. It does take a bit longer to cook but that is minimal extended time and it is so worth it. The first time you sauce these up and see how they hold that sauce and embolden your pasta plate and the first time you go to clean your plate and don't see remnants of watery sauce at the bottom, you will never buy the cheaper store stuff again. Consider also that because of the type of wheat they're made from and the way they're made, no artificial vitamins are added and that is exactly what is in the cheaper store brands. Kudos to De Cecco!

Multiple recommendations...including me
Saw this recommended on America's Test Kitchen show and thought I'd give it a try. It's holds sauce just as stated and cooks up to a beautiful consistency. The perfect chew. It's now our default pasta.

Great pasta, disappointing shipping
Great pasta, one of the few Durham wheat/bronze-cut pastas. Be aware, however, Amazon fulfills this and ships it in a soft envelope. You will be unlikely to find any intact strands of spaghetti by the time the shipping process is done with your order. Not De Cecco's fault, but beware of buying pasta from Amazon.

Excellent pasta
Really good quality pasta, cooks really well. Slow dried pasta makes a huge difference. Highly recommend. Great price as well.
