Love them!!! I have cured my carpal tunnel in my wrists!!! These work! An RN told me to take high doses of vitamin B. All the B vitamins and it would cure it and I didn’t believe her and figured I would be having surgery! But give these awhile to work! Not any vitamins work until after 2 months worth. I just realized one day I didn’t have any more pain!!! I use to buy expensive stress B vitamins! But between what is in my 1 a day vitamins and these I get a lot of the B Vitamins! You can’t take too much B vitamins. What your body doesn’t use you wet out!

Good for health energy

A little funky smelling (like all B vitamins), turns your urine vibrant yellow, but I like the content profile and quality.

The tablts are twice the suze of the ones I purchased in the past. Also, I noticed they upset my stomach if taken an empty stomach. I usually take them after breakfast but I was rushed 2 mornings in a row and had a horrible upset stomach all day and into the night both times. I now take them after a good breakfast and don't have as much upset stomach.

Both my primary care physician and my cardiologist recommended I take a B-complex supplement. This one has C and Zinc, as well. Been taking this brand for years. Seems to be helping, according to all my various tests. Not having any problems with it.

Great for keeping you healthy. Excellent for allergies. Natural antihistamine. I have been using them a long time.
