NXR Wood Fired Oven and Cart

This product arrived on time and exactly as described. It was easy to assemble and makes a delicious pizza cooked in your very own backyard! This wood fired oven is a fun and unique gift for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. My siblings and I all chipped in and gave it to my Mom and Dad for Christmas. They are incredibly difficult to buy for because they have everything; needless to say, they love it!

Over all this oven for it's size, features and price is a good value. Came with shipping damage and received a discount while waiting almost 2 months for parts without using it. Cooks a Neapolitan pizza in a minute and a half. Use good dry hardwood like oak, ash or red eucalyptus. Gets to 1000 degrees easily! When the stone floor is at around 750/800 I start cooking pizzas and I can cook up to 8 pizzas without adding wood. By the last pizza the floor temp is around 550. Takes just over 2 minutes to cook last pizza. The only negative is the depth of the oven is too shallow due to ash grate being placed in the middle and taking up floor space. You can only cook up to 10" pizza. If the oven was about 4" deeper (front to back) it would be perfect.

Love the oven, except pizza stones were shattered upon delivery, if you could replace them to me that would be amazing

It holds the heat and easy to use . My biggest concern was the size and/or amount of pizza I could make at once and it cooked bigger then I thought it would. Great purchase especially for the price .

This oven is really well done. I've used it 8 or 9 times and it worked perfectly as it should, to make the perfect authentic Neapolitan pizza (if it can make Neapolitan pizza, it can make all kinds of pizza!). Unfortunately mine arrived a little dented in the inside due to the stones moving out of place during transportation and hitting the steel of the dome...not a big deal, at least the stones didn't break. It also arrived with some missing bolts from the side folding tables but NXR sent me missing ones. Also the built in thermometer is basically usless as it doesn't reflect the real temp...but you gotta use an infrared temp reader for the cooking floor anyway, so no big deal.
