With a caveat, works as intended...
Powered right up, once I was able to insert the AC cable into the connecting port. A little plastic nub of sorts makes that a little more annoying than it should be, and made me think for a bit that I was using the incorrect cable. ... The wires are awkward, a little bit, but nothing that can't be managed. ... I see this PSU doing for me what the previous stock 185 Wt PSU did for a long time to come, but even longer than four years...(three and a half)

Exactly what I was looking for
The PC I got this for is a small form factor Dell OptiPlex 3040 and only had the option for this shape/style power supply. I wanted to put in a mediocre video card (GTX 1030) but needed more power. That video card was really my only choice given power requirements others needed and the card had to be half height. I also added an extra hard drive. The stock power supply was only 180 watts. I was a little worried that the connectors wouldn't be right, but they were perfect. One of the cables winds around the outside to the other side of the case and this power supply had extra long wires for that one, so I was happy. Works flawlessly so far for the last month and provides plenty of power for what I needed. If you have one of these SFF Dells, it will serve you well.

POS power supply
They replaced the pigtail. Ugliest tape job I've seen( no shrink tube, just cheap black electric tape). Started smelling like burning electronics. Shut down in less than 5 minutes. I wish I'd taken a pic b4 I sent it back. It was just fugly.

Works for Dell Inspiron 3650
I have a Dell Inspiron 3650 that I bought in 2016. The power supply went out and I had a hard time finding a replacement with the correct cable configuration. This one seems to be working. Hopefully it lasts a long time! So, for anyone struggling to find a power supply for a Inspiron 3650, this one will work for you.

Dead on Arrival
The PSU tested bad on arrival. Unfortunately it was too late to return. I suspect they never checked to see if it was working.

Fits perfectly, and does the trick in the Dell 3650 I'm repairing.
I read about others having noisy fans, but this one is quiet as the original. Just to be sure, removed the fan from the DOA unit just in case. Wasn't needed. I approve of this PS. Addendum: All holes line up IF you make sure bottom slots of power supply are locked into the bottom of the computer first. Screws fit. Tight because the self tapping feature on the screw will make screw fit tight.

It Worked.
My computer power supply shorted a few years back. I simply didn't have the understanding to identify the issue and attempt to correct it. Recently I looked into it and found what I needed and ordered this power supply. I installed it quick and easy and my tower has returned to life!
