Ever Clean Extra Strength Cat Litter, Unscented, 14-Pound Box

First of all, I strongly recommend checking the pricing between the 14 lb box and the 25 lb box - often, you can get two 14 lb boxes for the same price as one 25 lb box, making this a better bargain. The pricing for this litter seems to fluctuate almost daily, so always double check before purchasing. That said, I've written a review of this litter before and I have to say that what I've said previously still holds true. This is, hands down, the best clumping litter I have ever used. It blows other very popular brands out of the litter box, so to speak, in so far as solidity of clumps and odor control. Be forewarned that, if poured quickly, this litter will be VERY dusty. So if that is a problem for your breathing, wear a mask when pouring, or pour it very slowly and close to the box. It does not dust up when my cat uses it, only when pouring to fill.

This is the first litter that hasn't created a repulsive fog in my apartment. Most litter has a nauseating perfume that only becomes amplified with the addition of ammonia. Not so this! I'm so grateful other users recommended it--it's a game changer. I have two cats in a two bedroom apartment. I scoop frequently, at least every other day, and do a complete litter change once a month. This stuff is AMAZING, it doesn't reek of synthetic chemicals and really, really cuts down on cat-odor. Just because I'm a crazy cat lady doesn't mean I want to SMELL like a crazy cat lady. Give it a shot, yo. My cats are happy, I'm happy, and I'd like for you to be happy, too.

I love the litter and these small 14lb boxes are perfect for carrying upstairs. The bigger sizes are so heavy! However, one of the litter boxes came torn in a corner, clearly from thrashing about in the bigger Amazon package, and so a bunch of litter had spilled out. The other box wasn't ripped but close to it with a big dent. I guess it's feedback for Amazon packaging, but the product itself is great. The best at odor control from all the ones I've tried over the years (Arm and Hammer, World's Best Litter, yesterday's news, fresh step...). It's very fine grained so it's pretty dusty when you pour it, though, so it's good to have a window open.

I have 5 indoor/outdoor cats. My litter box gets abused. I find it to be low dust I took a video pouring into the litter box you can see. I have a cat with dust allergies So I NEED LOW-DUST. This is AMAZING litter. I went DAYS without cleaning because I forgot it was there! Never smelled once. And let me tell you, my little box was a wreck LOL ...PRICEY? -Yes. It is. But, if it works, isn’t it worth the money? I bought 14 pound box for $29. You can get it cheaper all over amazon though! Look around! Price fluctuates. Just bought 25 lb box for $22. - but whatever you do, try this litter! At least once. It’s so worth it and you will be so glad that you did! I have now made my second purchase and this is all I’m using Now.

I have the sweetest, most beautiful cat on the planet... and she also has the stinkiest urine on the planet. I really have tried almost every brand out there (scented and unscented) and this is by far the best. Best clumping, easy to clean, and there's no smell! I typically scoop every couple of days, but other litters would still hold the smell. This doesn't!! I was tempted to try the lighter weight version of Ever Clean but read some reviews saying the odor control wasn't as good. This litter is heavy... but I'm going to stick with it because of the clumping and odor control.

I ordered 14 lb because the 25 lb is way too heavy for me to pick up. I thought it was very expensive for 14 lb, which I have not been able to find for a long time. And the 25 lb was delivered, not the 14. They shouldn’t advertise a 14 lb it evidently is no longer available.

But this litter is very good at masking the odor as long as you keep up good litter box maintenance. The one thing I cannot stand however, it that is says it is virtually dust-free....like 99%. Well.....that is not quite so. Pour the litter into the box and immediately you will see a plume of dust rising into the air....all ready to settle on whatever it lands on....picture frames....the wall..., gross!!! I usually spay Lysol over the plume in the hopes that it will weigh the dust back down to the ground. Not exactly dust free!!!! For that reason I cannot give it even four stars- only three. But it does do the odor control well. I'm just hoping the stuff is not getting into my lungs and clumping in there!!!!

Extremely effective at clumping in my Meowant auto litter box. But, it's on the expensive side.
