Have you even READ the Nutritional Content of this thing.? Its AMAZING!
Tastes like peanut+channa/cheese powder.. I know it sounds crazy! 😛 But it tastes good. NOT at all like a Cardboard (WTH guys.?).Does give a mild CHEESY taste to food. I just consume it directly. Main reason for choosing this are the NUTRITIONAL Components (Vit Bs, Folic Acid, Selenium etc). Actually noticed difference in skin, HAIR and NAILS after consuming this. SO good.! Hair and nails grew faster and skin noticed a beautiful subtle glow (could also be from TFS Yewadam(?) Kit). Only need a LITTLE bit of this Goodness for ENORMOUS health/beauty benefits. Go for it. Instead of buying all those CHEMICALLY derived Vit B12 Supplements.

Go for it. Worth buying
It is one of the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. Really unique taste. Loved it. However Company should use glass bottle instead of plastic after all they are charging high rate.

Best nutritional yeast available
I really this yeast. I add it to my salads or sometimes to whatever I eat. This has helped my digestion better and also feel nourished. I recommend this product. I chose this brand because generally Bragg is known for organic products.

The taste just isn't as good as other reviewers are saying
I'm sorry but I have to be honest here. It smells like vomit and tastes like cardboard. That said, it has nutritional benefits and I am continuing to use it. But some of the other reviewers are just flat-out lying and pretending it is delicious, IT IS NOT! Just don't expect something you're not gonna get and you won't be disappointed.

Clean Eating Powerhouse
I was so excited to be able to get this through Amazon. My local supermarket doesn't always carry it. Nutritional Yeast is great in general, but Bragg's is the best. It's worth buying in a tiny container, even though I definitely use it as more than a 'seasoning'. It is great to sprinkle on all kinds of things for flavor and a small health benefit, and it's delicious with basically anything with an umami flavor. But nutritional yeast in larger amounts is a real powerhouse. I'm neither vegetarian nor vegan, but I love to make a mac n cheese inspired sauce with it, a dab of miso, and water. It takes probably a cup of nutritional yeast, maybe even more, to get it thick and creamy, but it's so worth it and it's a great source of protein and vitamins and while it has a cheesy, nutty, toasty flavor, it also tastes very clean.

Tastes great!!
Great product. Just wish it had the opening to shake like salt. Both options are wider but still like the nutritional yeast.
