2nd purchase of this. Large bottle lasts a long time, and gives a nice 'cool' tone to 'blonde salon highlights' without regular cool toner between reqd between appointments. Shampoo quality is good too, and not 'drying' on regularly highlighted hair, which iv found with many more expensive brands

Great shampoo! This completely transforms my hair colour - every time I use it. I tend use this shampoo once a week or every other week if my hair is getting too light, but without fail, every time I use it I’ll get a comment on my hair and ask if I’ve had it done. It takes out any sign of yellow at all. The longer you leave it on the more effective it is, however be warned, too long and it does go super light and will start to take on a purple tinge. The shampoo itself is very purple so you do need to be careful and wash off any splashes immediately. I’ve had it stain a shower curtain so after that I’m always very careful to remove it off places that could stain, like tile grouting. It also stains your hands, and sometimes your nails, no matter how quickly you wash it off them. But normally by the time I’m finished showering if isn’t too noticeable, unless my hands are really dry then it seems to just sink it. But it’s worth it. I always use the matching conditioner afterwards, which leaves the hair super soft and silky. And the smell of the shampoo is lovely, you’ll suddenly notice it randomly throughout the day. All in all - great value - especially with the massive size - but actually does what it says it’ll do and leaves your hair looking healthy. You won’t bother with cheaper brands again after using this!

This is definitely the best purple shampoo I’ve used. Fudge products always leave my hair feeling healthy. My hair gets oily quite quickly (usually have to wash everyday), but Fudge allows me to go longer than that. I have platinum blonde hair so it’s very damaged from colouring it however Fudge keeps it very healthy and I don’t have any breakage! This shampoo is great for keeping brassiness away and tones/cools brilliantly. The only thing I would say is that if you’re looking for it to take brassiness out of your hair, only leave it on for 2 minutes max as it really does cling to your hair. Also use it maybe once a week (depending on how porous your hair is) as it can make you go silver or a bit lilac otherwise! However it’s also great if you want to be more silver in which case a few minutes does the trick! Highly recommend overall and great value for money.

I never normally write reviews but I just had to for this. I purchased the shampoo due to the amount of hair I’m losing and the quality of it. Also my hair has not been coloured since December due to lockdown and had turned a dull yellow colour. I have tried pretty much every purple shampoo there is so didn’t hold out much hope for this especially due to how long my hair hasn’t been coloured for. I have only used it once and I just had to share how happy I am. My hair is now a lovely ash blonde which is exactly what I wanted. I have never achieved this with any other brands so I would 100% recommend. With regards to the repair aspect I don’t feel after one use it would be fair to comment on that. It definitely felt softer and the smell is gorgeous but no other visible difference yet. I would definitely purchase again. I just wish I had taken a before and after photo!

I have tried other products that have faster affect. This one is not as quickly as others and does not moisture the hair.

I’ve been using the original Fudge violet shampoo for years now so I figured I’d order this one to help with the bleach damage. It ALWAYS eliminates my yellow tones. And the seller has perfected the packaging- mine came with the pump wrapped tightly in bubble wrap with cushion in the box to make sure it didn’t move during transit- Wanted to throw that in there since I see some reviews about a damaged product upon arrival. MUST HAVE for blondies!!!!
