Got the job done right the first time!
Breathed new life into the lagging netbook. Now running Windows 10 & only missing 2 or 3 beats instead of 15 minutes of beating! I guess next is an SSD to make the baby actually work like a real computer. Used the guide at [www dot ifixit dot com slash Guide slash Acer+Aspire+One+ZG5+RAM+Replacement slash 3781] and had no issues. I just don't know what to do with this extra screw!?!?!?

Nicely packaged and easy to install
Fits perfectly in my Acer Aspire One 255W notebook. So far it seems to be working perfectly.

Something I didn't know
It worked great, except that I did not know that one of the sticks of memory (512mb) was built into the mother board and I could only replace one. It would be nice if that would have been noted on the advertisement so that I would have only bought one instead of two. Installing the one though did help out but not as much as I expected. I put it in an ACER ASPIRE small laptop.

Worked great.
Worked out great although I did have some 1GB sticks of DDR2 already, I didn't know if they'd have worked or not. Guess they would have but I'd rather be safe then sorry.

Easy to install once you figure out how to take ...
Made a big difference in my Acer Aspire One's performance. Easy to install once you figure out how to take the case apart. Here is a hint- keep track of where each screw came from. It will save you a lot of trouble putting your computer back together.

My little Aspire One has been running great since I installed this and then installed Linux on the machine.

Good Investment...
Sluggish performance was alleviated by adding more memory in my Acer Net-book. I am very happy with my purchase, you can't have enough memory with today's programs and apps.

This little bit of extra RAM gave the netbook a boost.
I give this a 4 star because I would have liked more memory, but this did help quite a bit. I upped the ACER ASPIRE ONE netbook from 1 gbyte to 1.5 and added a 32gbyte ssd to replace the existing 8gbyte ssd. Made the little netbook much more useful.
