Does this pasta stay soft after refrigerated? Making cold pasta salads. Others harden, taste terrible & grainy next day. Looking flexible texture.

I find it acts just like regular pasta. However I have always mixed some butter with the pasta when hot. I find it keeps it separated and soft. It doesn’t affect the taste.

Why don't you show the ingredient label? If it's really made in Italy then why doesn't it have at least an 14 in protein content like ive seem on tv?

The label says "Produced in Italy" and it includes 4 g of protein per serving.

Is this pasta non-GMO?

Rummo Gluten-free pasta is a bronze-drawn pasta made from selected ingredients such as wholemeal rice, raw white corn, yellow corn - all GMO-free. It is made in Italy.

Is the GF pasta made in a dedicated facility?

It does not say it is from a dedicated gluten free facility and Rummo does make non gluten free pasta, but I have never EVER had a reaction to it as a person with celiac disease. It does say “certified gluten free” on the packaging.
