One strap is longer than the other so it looks a little weird. But this is perfect to wear over a jacket. That’s why I got it, To not have to fight a safety vest over my jacket. Awesome harness with one problem: the waist strap is sewn to the back straps at 75% width. If you want to tighten the waist strap, the shoulder straps won't line up properly, and the harness will be skewed. You'll have the same problem if you widen it all the way, but since it's sewn near the max width, the issue won't be as noticeable. This fit issue makes it look kinda funny. But I'm keeping this harness because all the other brands have the same design flaw. Plus, the elastic is comfortable, and the buckle is easy to open. And the harness is easy to put on and remove. I'm happy enough with the product for the low cost.

It tends to rise up when in motion. ends up around my chest. maybe they need to have clips on the bottom so you can attach to shorts or pants.

The plan is, to walk at night in the winter with my existing dark winter coat ... I'd be near invisible walking the roadway where there are no sidewalks. So this. Concern was the size, as I'm a big guy at 345lbs/6'1". Got the BIG size, and one can let out the all the slack in the adjustment points and it fits over my torso no problem. There is slack to spare, so I have to tighten down the adjustments a small bit to get it to sit more snug (to ensure the retro-reflective strap side is facing out and not drooping down at an angle). So for big folks, this will work just fine. Initially its a bit confusing looking set of straps and clasps but a few minutes adjusting and looking at it you see where you put the arms through - the clasp goes on the front at your chest.

I’m so glad that I purchased this harness. Great price, quality, fit and good workmanship. Infinitely expandable, I’m 6’5”, 200 lbs. and it fits great with a lot of room for adjustment (size 3 to 5 xl). The elastic straps add to the fit and comfort. I feel a lot more secure walking for fitness at night as I live in Las Vegas and we have a high rate of pedestrians being hit by cars. Look no further, this is a great product.

I have a 62" hip and this vest is spacious and adjustable. It's perfect. You can buy with confidence that it'll fit.

Even if your only XL this is worth the purchase. Other vest say they’re for do but they are not. This doesn’t disappoint

This item does not allow for layering of clothing. Nice adjustment in the length, but even though it's elastic it's snug around the waist. It's fitted for a male body whose thin. Would've been nice if they gave the same extra room in the waist as they did for the body length.

I got this for my husband to wear over his coat when doing snow removal. Fits pretty well and seems to be a good alternative to having to wear a reflective winter coat on less chilly days.

If you are looking for bigger size straps this is it! Fits 4XL perfect.
