Quality and Fitment
Great for Highlander Hybrid Battery Sealing - Needs Heat! I bought this to seal the frame of my Highlander’s hybrid battery to prevent air leaks, similar to the strong OEM tape. At first, I was disappointed because it didn't seem to stick at all. However, after some research, I learned that this type of tape works best with pressure, stretching, and a bit of heat. I used a hair dryer to warm up both the surface and the tape itself, and then it bonded perfectly. For my specific purpose, it’s a great product. I wanted to share this tip in case anyone else runs into the same issue!

Dang, This Is Sticky! Not A Caulking Tape
Good stuff. But NOT for installation sealing. It's stretchable but not conformable to irregular surfaces! It's only adhesive on one side but it is very aggressive. Once applied it is nearly impossible to remove. Use with caution and forethought! I was using it for the wrong purpose. It is meant to be used as an overlay wrap. Once the two surfaced touch they fuses together instantly.

There really is nothing else like this...
There really is nothing else like this....it's not cheap, but it really works. I tend to use it for bicycle-based applications but for whatever you need, this stuff works. I love how it can stretch and flex but still hold its tension/stickiness when applied. For my uses, one roll lasts me a long time.

Expensive but works well
This stuff works, espescially for wrapping and waterproofing underwater hoses and wiring, but it’s expensive. Needs a competitor product.

Just as good as MTB Ridewrap Chainstay Armour!!
Ridewrap chainstay armour is only a roll of rubber tape that costs twice as much as this product! I would highly recommend this product to protect your mountain bike frame and chain! Learned about this trick from a popular mountain biking channel on YouTube, I think GMBM? Anyways this product is perfect for protecting your mountain bike frame, whether carbon or aluminum!

Good Top Coating for Wiring
Used this to wrap wiring for a protective coating. This tape sticks and seals very well. It is pretty pricey though and do not go very far. It is a very good product without doubt. Will buy again if have a need for it.

Highly recommend
This stuff is amazing. I use it on some of electrical connections especially when putting underground like my landscape lights. It’s very easy to use. Even I can do it!😊

Helped with my mountain bike chain slap
I had a problem with chain slap on my hard tail mountain bike. The bouncing bike chain was hitting the frame and chipping away the paint. On several occasions the chain bounced right off the sprocket. After doing some researching on chain tensioners and frame protectors, I ran across an article that talked about using this tape to protect the frame. Well, I tried it and it works pretty good. It was easy to install. Just clean the frame, cut a piece to length, and stick it on. I immediately noticed the lack of noise as the bouncing chain now hits this "padded" tape instead of the metal bike frame. Additionally, the tape "absorbs" some of the energy and the chain hasn't bounced off since. Cheap solution to common mountain bike issue.

I am sure it is used for other things but I bought it for use on my bicycles. Sticks well and is thick (one sided only). 3M/Scotch quality. Much easier to order from Amazon that to hunt for in the stores...
