4000 Sq.Ft Dehumidifier, 64 Pint Smart Humidity Control, Drain Hose

I'm immediately impressed with the solid build quality vs other models I've owned at its price point. It was packaged intelligently and with great care. Took only 4 hours to bring our humidity level down 10% for 500sq ft room. At highest fan setting it had a reasonable noise level. Filter very easy to take off and put back on. Hose is standard size and substantial quality. It was also very easy to lift with handles for both hands. Registration online was quick and easy for their 2 year warranty. This really does check all the boxes and is ideal for any room smaller than 4k sq foot.

GREAT INSTRUCTIONS.....ONLY HAD TO THINK ON HOW PUT DRAIN HOSE ADAPTER ON TO HOSE BUT WORKED IT OUT. WATCH VIDEOS THEY ARE GREAT HELP. SIZE IS PERFECT. VERY WELL MADE PRODUCT. LOOKS WONDERFUL. PARTS ALL FIT PERFECTLY. STARTED UP INSTANTLY AND SEEMS WORKING GREAT. VERY QUITE. TIME WILL TELL HOW EFFECTIVE IT IS. HAVE TERRIFIC CUSTOER SERVICE DEPT WITH PHONE NUMBERS AND INFORMATION. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PRODUCT..........SO FAR......REVIEWED MANY OTHERS LIKE THIS ONE BUT THIS CAME UP BEST BY MUCH.

It's quiet and does the job well. Convenient handle for removing the container that collects the water and pouring it in toilet. My recommendation would be to make a larger triangular pouring flap. It's rather small and unless I pour slowly, sometimes the water spills over the sides. So far, so good.

This dehumidifier has been an absolute game changer.I purchased it for my small dog boarding facility, and the difference has been incredible. My previous dehumidifier only needed to be emptied every couple of days, yet the building still felt damp and humid. This one is a completely different story. I'm emptying the tank up to three times a day, not because the tank is small, but because it's actually pulling that much moisture out of the air.The improvement in air quality was noticeable almost immediately. The building feels fresher, more comfortable, and easier to breathe in. Even the air conditioner doesn't seem to have to work nearly as hard to keep the space comfortable.And the biggest surprise? Since using this dehumidifier, the air feels cleaner and fresher overall. It's amazing what removing excess moisture can do.I'm genuinely impressed with the performance of this machine. It's working far harder than my previous unit ever did, and so far it hasn't missed a beat. If you're dealing with humidity in a home, basement, business, or pet facility, I highly recommend giving this dehumidifier a try. I only hope it continues performing this well for years to come.

Working really well this summer to dehumidify the third floor. It is fairly quiet and easy to dispose of the water

Didn’t know I had so much water in the air. I had to attach the hose because I was constantly emptying out the reservoir. It’s nice and quiet. Gets used a lot. I haven’t figured out the energy efficiency yet. Waiting for the next couple of electricity bills. So far I have not seen it go up in this relentless summer. It’s nice and small so it’s not in my way. So far it has been very reliable.

Allegedly "new" items shipped in previously opened boxes with tamperproof seal broken & retaped. Tags on original packaging that say "do not cover" were covered with new labels. I peeled them back. From factory in China originally shipped to different address with different customers name. These items are refurbished, returned or used. They want customers to use manufacturer warranty & deal with replacement process while they pocket purchase price of "new" item. Initially contacted manufacturer customer service which is an AI email & never got a response. I purchased 2. BOTH were previously opened & delivered separately. Go elsewhere & avoid the headache. Had to take a day off to wait for UPS as AMAZON suggested I leave $420 in dehumidifiers outside & hope Noone steals them before they're picked up by UPS. Still haven't refunded me OR posted my review so customers can get a real idea of this product. Had I seen honest reviews from real customers like me, I never would have ordered this item.

The description says 64 pints, which equals several gallons, so the reservoir should be large enough to hold several gallons. I'd be surprised if it holds a whole gallon. This is part of the reason I bought it, so I wouldn't have to empty it all the time. It comes with a drain hose for continuous draining but I didn't really want to have to drain it, but looks like I'm forced unless I want to go through the trouble of returning it. These days the Amazon descriptions are not factual or accurate and it's making shopping here more challenging than ever before.At some point, I'm going to measure how much water the tank holds just to know and I'll try to update my reviews with that information.In the meantime I'm going to have to find something to drain it into. This is an unwanted annoyance for sure.When the tank is full it has automatic shut off so I'm not going to have that feature with automatic draining. The tank filled in under 24 hours so this just blows. If it had the actual size tank described it would probably take a few days to fill. I was thinking it was 34 pints so I checked that and is equivalent to over 5 gallons. Since this is listed at 64 pints it should be nearly double the gallons, yet the tank is very small, only a max of 1 gallon. This is ridiculous. I got this because fl is very humid and why the electric bills are so high especially in summer. The hvac units most expensive run time is on removing the humidity from the air. By running a dehumidifier it cost less to operate, aids the hvac and can reduce the utility bill by half.
