UPDATE!! Upon posting this review, the sellers customer service team reached out to me to make it right. They sent me another replacement terrarium at no charge. But guess what? That one also arrived broken. The representative and I work together and we’re able to identify the distribution center was the source of the damage. They then shipped me yet another terrarium, double the size, and no charge. I am such a happy customer, my little Pac-Man frog is such a happy little guy in his new place. He literally frolic across the whole enclosure last night. I will 100% order new enclosures from this company in the future. I’d like to say thank you to Beryl and team for all your help. You don’t find customer service like this anymore! This is a beautiful terrarium. The color is lovely and it was fairly easy to put together. Would be a really great value. The one star is due to the door being broken (the track was broken, the door slides out like a garage door) so I ordered a replacement terrarium. The second terrarium door was also broken, this time the steel frame was bent making it impossible to assemble. Now Little Dude, my pacman frog, must wait for his upgraded accommodations. A disappointing experience all around. “So nice, always broken.”

Although the item came damaged at first (which is not the sellers fault) I reached out to the sellers and they beared with me through amazons horrible customer service. The sellers were super kind and sympathetic towards my inconvenience and helped me the best they could! Overall the sellers had amazing customer service and great product! Btw don’t be like me and put the front bottom piece on backwards make sure the smooth part faces away from you.

First of all the description was very accurate. Secondly, it arrived in a very well packed, protecting this enclosure that comes collapsed. I found the assembly very easy. Foe individuals with poor building skills, I’d recommended reading the instructions thoroughly before attempting to assemble. I got the green version that looks amazing. I like that this is offered in several colors. It is aurprisingly well designed. I would suggest making the glass door slightly thicker.

I had an issue with the locking mechanism on this enclosure. I reached out to customer service and they were phenomenal! They communicated with me promptly and continuously until we resolved my issue. I love this pink enclosure and my gargoyle does too. I had previously purchased the 120 gallon For one of my bearded dragons and I am anxiously awaiting the pink 120 gallon to be back in stock for my other beardie.

Arrived broken. For the cost, there should be absolutely NO reason why I need to fix it before assembly!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is built solid and is pretty awesome that you can break it down when you don’t need it. I have multiple large tanks from this brand already for my ball pythons and I am so pleased with the quality and the build. This one is just as good. They are consistent with the quality and the design. The front opening is incredibly awesome as you can reach your reptile much easier coming at it from the front rather than the top is less stressful for it and is so much easier even for me to reach in rather than down into a tank. The door design was well thought out with it stopping only partway so you can have hanging items and such and they won’t get knocked by the door going all the way to the back of the tank. I cannot say enough about the stackable design. You can use short or tall legs to stack another of these tanks on top of each other. The short legs keep the heat more contained but the taller legs allow you to put lights up on the top of the tank in between the two tanks. It works so well and is solid even with tanks stacked on each other. The build is super quick and easy with instructions very well laid out without any confusion as to what you need to do. It isn’t water sealed but you can do that just the same as they do with the glass tanks just by using silicone and sealing all edges together. I don’t need to do this as I have a leopard gecko in this particular tank. I highly recommend this brand for any of their tanks as they are super durable and easy to maintain. Well worth the cost!

It’s much more convenient than traditional sliding doors or top only access. ​Ventilation: The top screen provides excellent airflow, which is essential for keeping my reptile healthy and managing humidity levels. ​Security: The built in lock gives me peace of mind knowing there won’t be any accidental escapes. ​A Few Considerations: ​Size Constraints: While 24 gallons is a decent size, it’s a perfect cube. Make sure to double check the requirements for your specific pet. It’s great for a juvenile or smaller species, but active adults might need more horizontal floor space. ​ ​Bottom Line: This is a high quality, beautiful enclosure that functions well. If the dimensions suit your pet’s needs, it’s a great upgrade from a standard tank!
