Awesome and good for budget
This stuff is awesome and yes higher upfront cost, but long term way cheaper as per application cost is very low.

Time will tell.
For the price, I couldn't NOT try this out. Enough to cover roughly 10 acres at the rate I use. I think I'm doing .185oz per 1000sqft three times per year. Once in the fall, once in the spring, and once in the summer. I don't like to use a full calendar year's worth for blanket spraying. I do a lowered rate split all to accommodate any breakthrough I may have when things wear off in late summer. I like to put a little of this down when I'm spot treating to boost any areas that either got shorted or water washed the product away. On spot treat I do .1oz/1000. I included a before picture. That's the result of one full year after two sprays of liquid barricade brand prodiamine at the same active ingredient rate per 1000sqft. Two years before that I got my hands on a half ounce of esplanade 200sc indaziflam that I put down at a rate of 0.09oz per 1000sqft and did absolutely nothing the year after that. If you can afford to buy some indaziflam, you only need to put down pre em once every other year. It's basically magic in a $450 32oz bottle. I think the rate is like 3.5oz per acre. It is hands down the absolute best pre em on the market. No poa, no crab, no cheat, no brome, no dallis, no johnson, no any broadleaf at all for roughly 16 months AS OER THE LABEL. Just do not over apply it and do not use it year after year. It WILL kill your lawn. *EDIT: I upped my rate to .2oz/1000sqft this year and got better results. Seems to work just fine.*

Great Pre-emergent product.
This is a great option for the spring/later fall pre emergent applications to prevent future weeds. Just make sure you're rotating your active ingredient between seasons. Great product. Best application is to apply this as a sprayed in application and watered in shortly after. Try not to apply this if there is heavy rain forecasted or if you cannot water the product in correctly.

Good value, great results
So much more economical in the long run. Multiple seasons of control with twice yearly applications on 1/2 acre. Iโve seen what happens when I miss an application which makes me appreciate it even more.

Time will tell
Put down an application in the fall and will again in the spring. Hopefully it does what it says it will.
