Is it support at89c51

No it's doesn't support AT89C51. it's support AT89S51which is easily available in market.

104 = 100nf = 0.1uf; 103 = 10nf = 0.01uf. circuit diagram shows 104 as 0.01uf. so which am i to use? 104 = 0.1uf or 103 = 0.01uf

You can use both. 103 is preferable if not 104.

The progisp software keeps showing the verify flash at 0h error. How do i fix it?
