Got this for my sister's SI joint support. She's very pleased with it.

I’ve tried many braces, but this one is the best ever! It helps my low back issues and can be adjusted easily. It’s very well constructed with quality material!

I've had lower back pain for several years and didn't want to go through the expense (and finding room for) an inversion table if I could avoid it. A video on low back pain said to have someone walk behind you with their hands on your hips (where the belt would sit) and press in while you walk a few steps. If that lessens the pain then this belt will DEFINITELY help. I wasn't really expecting too much from this belt because it's so cheap (compared to a table, or chiro, or most of the other products out there). This stopped the pain immediately. A couple of points to know: first, they say it's safe to wear for hours/all day, but I'd recommend only using it while up and active. If you use it while sitting for more than a few minutes the belt tends to roll up and/or put pressure or cut circulation. Second: There's sort of a 'sweet spot' between being tight enough to help and being too tight so it often takes a couple of adjustments while wearing it. Hey, it's velcro, this should not be a surprise. Third: once you get some relief from this thing, figure out where the pain is coming from so you only have to wear the belt during flare-ups. My problems turned out to stem from my desk chair... new chair, back pain gone. I would definitely recommend this belt to others.

I am adding to my previous review. All of my earlier comments are still true but, the Velcro is becoming very worn and I've only been using the belt around 4 months and not every day or all day. I didn't use it at all for a few weeks during that time. Veclcro isn't very sticky anymore and it comes undone at random rimes. With the amount of use I would think the Velcro would be more durable. Still: Helps my SI joint pain. It stays low enough to support the SI area and I notice that I can move better and bend without pain. Helps me to sit without pain too ! I wear it overnight and it stays put pretty well. I adjust a bit before getting out of bed to be sure it is over the SI joints and this belt has made my mornings much better! It is comfortable too and could be worn under clothes. Definitely recommend.

I bought this because I am 22 weeks pregnant and struggling with pelvis and SPD pain. I was really skeptical about using a product like this though. I am really sensitive to any pressure on my lower belly/upper groin area, so I didn't think I would be able to tolerate this while sitting. That is when I feel a lot of my pain. I looked for a belt that was more narrow rather than something that would go up my belly and this one seemed to fit. Again, skeptical, so I tried to find a low cost option. It was just delivered today and I immediately put it on. I'm wearing it low on my hips b/c that is where my pain is and the compression was immediately felt. My hips feel supported, like pre-preggo hips! But then I gave it the sit test. Unbelievably, I can sit with this on too! My pain is drastically reduced. I can still feel some of the ache that goes into my legs but hips feel sturdy as a rock. I've been sitting at my desk working for the last hour with the belt on and it's not hurting my lower belly. I haven't been pulling on it or adjusting it or anything. I'm shocked, honestly. My only regret is that I didn't try on of these belts sooner. The price and quality of the belt make this definitely a worth while option. For my preggo ladies, try this if you feel like your hips are falling apart. Any little bit of relief is worth it!!

So far it’s doing great. I have a lot of lower back pains, but sometimes it does make my sciatic act up a little bit but overall it helps more than it hurts. Thank you. I wanted to do a review for you.

I don't leave many reviews & I've only had this one day but I LOVE it already. AMAING support. I wish there was an option for wider but that's my only gripe! Awesome product!!

VERY BAD QUALITY STICHES COME OUT IN 1 WEEK ONE SIDE THERE IS SUPPORT PAD OTHER SIDE NO. THATS IS THE REASON WORN FROM THAT SIDE.
