They Didn't send one of the lasers I purchased and refuse to correct the problem.
The actual laser quality is fine, but be careful with the seller. I ordered 2, and I only received one of two lasers (and these are expensive lasers) and when I reached out to Amazon for help, they said they were starting an "investigation" and then ignored me for 3 weeks. I finally called in, and their response was that I requested too much of a refund (this is my first refund requested, and I actually only requested my other laser I bought). They said this is the final answer, so I never got the second laser I purchased.
