A lot smaller than it looks in the photos, very thin and limp - doesn't seem very supportive in all honesty. I brought this in preparation for an ear surgery and will have to find something else I think. It's advertised as Memory Foam, but it's just polyfil. Honestly, not good quality. The polyfil has no liner, so if you get blood or anything on it (post-piercing or surgery), you have to wash the whole thing.
