Amazing - Saves My Phone Regularly
I'm the idiot who's constantly dropping his phone ALL THE TIME. So much so that I began to think phones were supposed to have spiderweb cracks on the screen. This product stopped all that. I saw a standing woman at a bus stop drop her phone directly onto the concrete and was stunned when she picked it up - unharmed. I asked her where she got her case and she told me amazon and even showed me a picture from her order. So I got it. And being the idiot I am, and right after installation, I accidentally dropped my new phone, with case, onto my concrete pool deck where it just BOUNCED with NO DAMAGE to the screen. OMG! The case is also listed as waterproof, so being the moron I am, as I pick up the phone totally shocked that the screen was undamaged and turned around to show my friend, I slipped off the edge of the pool deck and into the pool - phone, clothes, wallet and all. While I was soaked and my wallet took a hair dryer to repair, my phone floated calmly across the pool and remained dry as advertised! Other good things: the case membrane itself doesn't interefere with the touch screen (and keeps scratches off the screen as well). And the two plug covers at the bottom of the case are durable and haven't even come close to showing signs they might be breaking off after months of use. And it's easy to plug in headphones or a charging cord. And the buttons on the outside of the case lined up perfectly with my phone. The case makes the phone a little uncomfortable to hold as it adds some width, but I'll trade a little discomfort for a cracked screen any day. And after a while you just don't notice it. And as it turns out, the rubber case gives you a better grip when your hands are slippery (thank goodness). What a great freaking product!

Great case to protect your phone!
This is the second one of these cases that I've purchased. The first one lasted about 3 years. I think that the first case only broke because I dropped it and it hit something on the edge that broke the buttons on the side. I've dropped this case 100's of times and the phone and case where fine. But when the case hits the side, right on the buttons it was just too much pressure and broke the case button, not the phone! So I just wanted the same great protection and purchased the same thing again. Thanks for a great product/ Case like this one!

Sturdy cover, hard to use.
*** Update *** After 10 months of using this case, I think its more than just to re-review it. First of all, I want to frankly make justice to the case manufacturers. The case is really sturdy and it really is IP68 rated (dipped my phone in beer for 5 minutes-don't ask, took it out, towel dried it, and business as usual). It is a sturdy, water resistant case, and it really protects the phone. The "Edge" feature was kind of hard to use at the beginning, but after a while, got the hang of it. So it took some time for me to get used to the case, but I got something in return that was what I really wanted - PROTECTION FOR MY CELL PHONE. My phone is really well protected. And since I work in an industrial environment, this is a must for me. Also I have to note that the case kind of scratched lightly the phone in the lower back side. It doesn't bother me at all, but since I am re-reviewing it, I must mention it. I don't know how, but dust keeps getting inside. How comes something is water resistant, but not dust-resistant? Still wondering. I am buying myself the case again. The little flap to open the usb port cover broke, making it a real pain to open and access the usb port. But it is still sealing water tight the usb port, thus protecting the phone. Give a little, get a lot, that is what is with this case... ______ This case makes it so difficult to use the phone, specially when using pull down menus (has to make sure youngot ahold of the item before pulling down) and in the case of the S8, the Edge feature is practically impossible to use with this cover.

Overall, a really good case
The case is designed well with only three issues that I found. One was opening the port covers, two was accessing icons on the phones screen at the extreme top and bottom due to phone's screen curvature, and finally, because the case screen is a plastic type material, I have already gotten several small scratches on it and this could become problematic in a few months. Not sure if a lot of scratches would reduce readability long term. I don't believe it will effect usability, but rather only readability. The two port covers on the bottom are somewhat difficult to get open without having good fingernails or a small screwdriver. As you can see in the closeup of the port cover I opened, the small raised edge is virtually impossible to grab due to its size. I tested the case underwater for 30 minutes, and then opened and closed the port 30+ times and retested. I would give it a 10 out of 10 in this area. Additionally the actual material that the case was made of has just enough rubber in it to make it flexible, but it maintains a high enough plasticity level that it slides in and out of my pocket very easily unlike others I tested which the rubber material was soft and very almost sticky and would fight me and drag stuff out of my pocket with it. The issues I have with the top and bottom of the screen is in accessing icons at the extreme top and bottom where indicated in the picture. Because the screen on the S8 curves down in these areas, you have to sometimes press and hold and then drag down because it appears that screen to case contact is marginally less at these areas as opposed to the other 95% or so of the screen. The other issue is that because the screen is plastic, I have already scratched it several times. I don't believe this will effect usability of the phone in the future, but perhaps effect readability many months down the road. These issues are relatively minor and overall, I really do like the case a lot. Hopefully the manufacturer will address these issues in future releases of the case as barring the few really minor issues "Its a really GOOD case", and one that I would buy again.

Solid protection for my phone
This case fits Galaxy S8 Plus perfectly and feels very sturdy. It gives full coverage and I feel confident the phone is protected from drops and water. Easy to install and looks good too.

Sturdy but with some cons
The case itself is made of I believe very strong and sturdy plastic at first glance with multiple ports and buttons. Each port is plugged with a waterproof system of two breach ways. One is for the charging port and the other is for your headphones. The four buttons on the case are nice and heavy (just the way I like it). So far all in all a beautiful and sturdy case. Going into further observations the fingerprint scanner is unusable due to a waterproofing film/plastic put over it (it's very very thin so I'd be careful cause once it is torn it makes the phone case useless in waterproofing terms). So I recommend using iris recognition or the normal pattern. The speakers on the the phone and the mic work well with the case on (mic sounds a tiny tiny bit muffled to me). Now when you try and swipe down to pull down your settings/notifications its kinda difficult and takes a couple tries to get it down. Last but not least due to the sturdiness it does make your phone a bit bulkier but your giving up the size for protection. In my opinion it's a good case but it does have minor cons.

Fantastic first impression.
Have only had for a day, but initial impression is so good, I wanted to post. Much better than my last waterproof case, as far as ease of button manipulation and sound quality goes. Screen sensitivity is excellent. Call clarity and voice-to-text are great, even with phone a couple of feet away from my face. Speaker quality also very good. Installation was easy, just follow directions. Waterproof test (without phone inside) passed. Haven't dropped it yet, and not going to do so on purpose, as my screen is already cracked from drop while in a different, minimally protective (but very pretty) case. (Why do these sturdy cases have to be so fugly?!) Feel of case is fine, wasn't expecting buttery leather. I have very small hands, and though the case definately bulks up my slim S8, and prevents one-handed operation, the added bulk isn't unwieldy. Wrist lanyard will be great for all the shots I'll be taking over cliffs, buildings, boats, chairlifts, etc.. If I need a new case before I replace my phone, I hope this one will still be available. If the case fails me somehow on my next adventure, I'll update. Oh, ONLY drawback so far is that my after market charger cord did not fit in the puka. So, I shaved off much of the cord's metal casing with a dremel...girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

Great phone case. Priorities. Am I right?
Every time I get a new phone, I get a life proof case for it because I am not willing to watch 800ish dollars go down the drain for me being stupid. I am an active person and also work in a large warehouse. So it's been dropped on a mountain biking trail, in the toilet, on the concrete floor from 10 feet up MULITPLE TIMES. It's great. It has also survived many drunken nights being dropped and thrown all over the place. Only thing is, if you like to take high quality pictures with your phone, I wouldn't recommend. Sometimes when I open the camera, I will get a popup that says to clean the lens off. Makes the phone a bit bulky but slimmer than other cases I've had for durability. Sensitivity is still great a year later. Covers up the sound quality a little bit but still not bad considering it is encasing the entire phone. Overall, I have no worries for my phone when I drop it. Ever.
