Seem to work well. My dogs’ collars are round leather, not flat. With some work I managed to get these on their collars. I bought these for when the dogs are out and about and get spooked. Their speed is in excess of 20 mph so there is no way I can catch up to them and hanging on to their leashes is a no too. I have had 4 broken fingers trying to hang on to them. Collectively they weigh 200 pounds plus.

I’ve had these airtag holders for a good while now (since Sept of 25’) and I will testify that the durability on these are impeccable. We have a german shepherd/doberman mix, who is an absolute handful, clutz, and nuts about ball chasing. He has a collar, and a vest, and both holders are on both items. The airtag fits inside perfectly and has not come out, been shaken loose, or otherwise lost. It has been snug as a bug in a rug in these holders. The holders fit easily onto his vest and collar straps, blending in nicely so you can’t really tell he’s wearing a tracker. The ends of the holders that fit over the straps are the most durable part-which has been surprising. I thought it would take no time for them to rip and cause the holder-and tracker-to fall off. They have not even cracked. Despite the mud, the water, the dirt, the slobber, the smacking against door frames and walls, edges of furniture, belly rubs and scratchins…this holder hasn’t even shown signs of wear or tear. Highly recommended!

This is one of those safety products that you hope you'll never have to use, but are grateful to have just in case. I use Airtags on everything, keys, wallets, backpacks, bikes, luggage, etc... I love the peace of mind that they provide. I especially love being able to attach an Airtag to my puppy's collar and know that I could track her down should she ever get lost. The design is quite simple and clever. It's made out of silicone which is a safe material to have near my pup's skin and it's sturdy, flexible, and waterproof. The underside of the holder has a removable skin that covers the Airtag which is then put snugly back into the holder, forming a water tight seal. Slips the holder onto your pup's collar and you're ready to go. It's that simple. These holders are a small price to pay for the security they provide.
