Installed this breather on my 2022 Ram 3500 w/Cummins yesterday. Fit and finish is perfect, Less expensive than the OEM breather. Installation was simple and easy plus the gasket is included. It appears to be a high quality breather. I Saved the OEM, just in case. With some of the aftermarket air filters, I would throw a code after 50 -100 miles. So Just in case I get a code for not using OEM I kept the original. How they know that you are using an aftermarket filter I don't know. I hope that this breather is ok and doesn't throw a code. When you get a code for some reason it turns off the remote start feature. I'll be taking a trip this weekend over 100 miles, if it's going to happen it will happen then and I will adjust my review accordingly. So as long as my truck doesn't give me a code on the dash this weekend I would say this crank breather is a really good buy.

Looks no different from the OEM one I replaced it with. Easy to install just make sure you clean the area before installing it. Better price for the same thing you would buy in the store. Fit perfectly as it should. It working and doing it job. Gasket and ccv are both top quality made parts
