This keyboard with the sea salt silent switches is amazing... I had the f75 before this with the reaper switches but it was just too loud and clicky clacky for me..... this keyboard is very quiet and I much prefer it that way, still has a satisfying feel when typing, keys feel great when gaming and the low input lag is perfect. Also a nice bonus is the volume knob works to wake the keyboard unlike the f75.....the knob also looks way better being mounted on the side. RGB looks great, side led strips are nicely positioned Things to note: The actuation force on these switches is the same as reaper switches on paper but they do feel a little bit stiffer which I personally prefer but I could see some people maybe not liking that. I find the tft screen to be a bit gimmicky but its no big deal, showing time/date/battery is a bonus though. I would prefer to just turn it off but sadly I could not find a way to do that.

Die EPOMAKER TH108 PRO ist eine voll ausgestattete mechanische Tastatur im 100%-Layout mit Numpad, Display und Drehknopf. Wichtig vorab: Es handelt sich um das US-Layout (ANSI) und nicht um das typische deutsche DE-Layout (ISO). Das bedeutet unter anderem eine horizontale Enter-Taste und eine abweichende Anordnung einiger Sonderzeichen. Wer an das deutsche Layout gewöhnt ist, sollte das unbedingt berücksichtigen. Ich habe die Variante mit Sea Salt Silent Switches getestet. Die Schalter sind angenehm leise, wirken leicht gedämpft und bieten dennoch ein klares, definiertes Tippgefühl. Für Homeoffice oder gemeinsames Arbeiten sehr angenehm, da sie deutlich ruhiger sind als klassische klickende Switches. Auch beim Gaming reagiert die Tastatur direkt und präzise. Die Verarbeitung ist für den Preisbereich überzeugend. Die Double-Shot-PBT-Keycaps fühlen sich hochwertig und griffig an. Trotz Kunststoffgehäuse wirkt die Tastatur stabil und mit über 1 kg Gewicht steht sie sicher auf dem Tisch. Das Gasket-Mount-Design mit 5 lagiger Dämpfung sorgt für einen weicheren Anschlag und einen angenehm tiefen, „creamy“ Klang. Das integrierte Display mit Drehknopf ist ein nettes Zusatzfeature. Es zeigt Uhrzeit, Akkustand oder RGB-Informationen an, und eigene GIFs lassen sich per Software hochladen. Besonders praktisch ist der Drehregler zur Lautstärkesteuerung. Das Display ist eher ein Bonus als ein Muss, aber technisch sauber umgesetzt. Ein starkes Argument ist der 10.000 mAh Akku. Die Laufzeit ist sehr gut, und dank Kabel-, 2,4-GHz- und Bluetooth-Modus kann man flexibel zwischen mehreren Geräten wechseln. Die Verbindung ist stabil und ohne spürbare Verzögerung. RGB-Fans kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten, die Beleuchtung ist hell, sauber umgesetzt und individuell anpassbar. Wer es dezenter mag, kann sie selbstverständlich deaktivieren. Fazit: Eine gut ausgestattete mechanische Tastatur mit leisem Tippgefühl, starkem Akku und vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Das US-Layout sollte man bewusst wählen, wenn man damit vertraut ist. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtpaket von mir 5 Sterne.

Keyboard feels and sounds nice. Keycaps also seem like decent quality. The TFT screen however is not as bright as I want it to be and is difficult to be viewed when in a lit room.

The Epomaker TH108 Pro is a feature-packed full-size mechanical keyboard that offers a 108-key layout, tri-mode connectivity (wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4 GHz), hot-swap PCB, gasket mounting, a volume knob, and a small LCD display all for just $90–$100. Build quality feels solid for the price. The plastic case doesn’t feel cheap, the board has a solid sense of weight and heft for a prebuilt, there’s minimal flex while typing, and fit and finish are clean with no obvious defects. The aluminum volume knob adds a more premium touch, though its side-facing position isn’t ideal for quick adjustments, at least for me, and the tiny smart LCD feels more like a novelty than a useful tool. My unit came with Creamy Jade switches, which are smooth and comfortable for both typing and gaming. They have a unique, marbly sonic character, and the board doesn't sound hollow at all. The stabilizers are plate-mounted and well-lubed out of the box, and the included Cherry-profile PBT keycaps feel nice to type on, with only slightly fuzzy legends typical of boards at this price. Typing feel is firm but a bit softer and less fatiguing than some other budget boards I’ve used. Connectivity has been rock solid in wired use, though I haven’t spent much time with wireless modes. LED backlighting is bright and consistent across the board.
