They really take hold! I am giving it 4 Stars because my complaint is that the RED side of the backing is EXTREMELY hard to take off! Even using my fingernails made it very difficult - I tried using tweezers, but that did not work at all! After tirelessly getting several off, I finally figured out the best way to get them off - use your fingernail AND tweezers at the same time. Use the fingernail to hold down the adhesive and use the tweezers to snag the backing. It takes a few attempts but keep at it. As soon as you see a small lift of the backing, tackle it with the tweezers until you can use your finger to pull it off! 3M should make the RED side backing with a tab, so you can easily pull it off. Size is on point, very durable, works as described. Great on price!

These are exactly the quality what you would expect from genuine VHB adhesive products. 5952 adheres to a pretty wide variety of surfaces, so these pre-cut discs are convenient for most permanent mounting jobs. If you have ever had to clean VHB adhesive off a pair of scissors, you'll appreciate that you can just peel and stick these conveniently sized pieces without the need to cut anything. Not much else I can say except that these just work.

I use these highly durable pads on the top of the bumper of my truck so the tailgate doesn't get scratched up. I have an after market bumper that sits up higher than the stock bumper. The adhesive is very sticky and adheres to the metal on the bumper very nicely. These work well for what I need them for!

I don't know if this is the exact type of adhesive my dashcam originally came with, but it appears to work the same. I needed to move the dashcam to a different car and these adhesive pad did the trick. The size is smaller, more like the size of a quarter, but I knew that from the description. It seems to have the same adhesive properties and the pad part appears the same as well. I can't speak to longevity, but so far it is adhering as well as the original.

These VHB rounds are incredibly strong and hold up really well, even outdoors. I’ve been using them to mount a few small accessories and cable clips, and once they’re in place, they do not move. The adhesive feels thick and industrial and sticks to metal, plastic, and painted surfaces with no problem. My only minor complaint is that they’re not very forgiving during placement—you basically get one shot, because once they grab, you can’t reposition. A little more flexibility would be nice, but that’s also what makes them so secure. If you need a tough, weather-resistant adhesive and don’t mind making sure you get the placement right the first time, these are solid performers.
