Resistance Bands with Handles, 2 Pack, 80 cm, 15 lb

I am on a bit of a fitness drive at the moment so thought I'd get some resistance bands. Unfortunately these are really quite stiff with very little stretch in them. Either that or I am more puny than I thought! The handles are comfortable enough. The carabinas are Ok but feel a bit delicate for the amount of force required to get a good stretch out of these. I think maybe I need a set with increasing strengths to build up to these.

The main problem with these bands is that they don't stretch a particularly long way, so there's only a small selection of exercises that they're useful for. In my case, I attached them to a vibration plate. They aren't long enough for basic bicep curls. Maybe if you're under 5'4" you might be able to do bicep curls with them, but they wouldn't stretch enough for me. I could do shoulder raises if I didn't want to go all of the way to horizontal, and I'm only about 5'7" tall. The quality isn't bad, and the handles are relatively comfortable. The carabiner clip is smaller than I anticipated, but it'll probably last reasonably well. Just in case you can't see it, it's a 24" / 60cm ruler that's shown next to the bands in one of the shots. Overall these bands will do the job, but I think they'll suit smaller people better than taller, unless you happen to have something specific in mind.
