Very pleased!
This Sanyo TRC was shipped within an hour of my purchase - The seller upgraded my order to 2 day mail and I was back at work 2 days later. The equipment was packed very well, looked almost like a brand new transcriber. The foot pedal also looked new. I have been using this machine ever since and am very glad to have found Transcription Wizard. I will definitely buy from them again.
