Tried OZiva Protein & Herbs (Vanilla Almond) and really liked it! The taste is smooth and not overly sweet, mixes well, and feels light on the stomach. Great option for daily protein with added herbal benefits, perfect for supporting energy and overall wellness.

Negative point: It smells like medicine (It tastes good with milk but ) It tastes awful with water Position point -It is very light to digest -No bloating,No heavyness at all -Easily blends in water as well as in milk -taste good with milk (little bit of medicine smell/taste but bearable)

Very good protein that is not laced with artificial sweeteners. Even without the sweetener it tastes good and provides essential minerals at the same time. Finally I have found the protein that I remember to take everyday because I love it.
