Great giant binder clips!

My husband and I are both writers. That means that we often are editing drafts of novels, scripts, or other manuscripts and trying to keep them together. As they are in progress, taking the time to hole punch them and put them in a binder is frankly a waste of time when the contents of the manuscript are being edited and replaced, and they are way too thick for most clips and staples. We often stick them in folders with pockets, half on each side, but folders can fray and give way at the most inopportune time, leading to a huge mess all over the floor. If we use folders without pockets, we have to use our hands like clips until the folder is stored away. I love the binder clips I have at work and had pondered buying some for home, but even the biggest ones there are not big enough to hold all of a fat manuscript. Enter these jumbo clips, and by jumbo they really mean jumbo! These clips are enormous (see my pictures with a ruler). They hold an inch thick manuscript without any problem and the hold is super strong. I can pick up the manuscript by the silver metal open/close portion, and the whole manuscript stays together without any danger. Or I can pick it up by any side and the whole thing holds together wonderfully. No more losing pages as they can't come loose from these binder clips! Yet, it is still easy enough for me to press the clamps open with one hand to take the manuscript out, or put it back into the clip (as needs to be done to make edits as the black part of the clip covers too much of the page to flip through a manuscript with the clip in place unless you have wide margins). The sliver handle part folds down over the manuscript when not in use, so that manuscripts can be stored in any regular bag without any issues or catching on anything. This is a game-changer for us, and I'm really excited about the great organization these clips will add to our manuscripts. I can also clip a folder closed with them, which will be great for keeping class materials together (we also teach). Although these clips are designed to hold a lot, they also work for much thinner bundles of paper. They may be overkill for a smaller bundle, but that still provides a lot of flexibility if I want to work on only part of a manuscript while keeping the rest securely clipped. I can unreservedly recommend these jumbo clips for all of your jumbo needs.

Use a large clip to hang a painting on a wall or use a clip to mark a place in a book. The binder clips in this order are made with the highest quality steel. The spring tension of each clip is tight which means they may not be easy to open but they will definitely bind well. Each clip accurately measures 3" at the base. Clips of this quality and size are not always easy to find so I will be ordering another batch so that I have a supply on hand. I recommend these clips to everyone. The only people who don't have a supply of these large binder clips in their home are people who haven't yet realized they need to have them.

Huge, seriously though these are very good and definitely came in handy for holding two pieces of wood together for installing cabinets and gluing down countertops, I was actually able to use these for clamps. Sturdy enough for DYI projects, massive enough to hold 3” of files. Note: Not only for office purposes. Great value for the doers that get things done. I glued a 1” magnet to the back, and placed it on the refrigerator to hold mail. Also could be used for chores, shopping list, coupons and more.
