Defective Cartridge
I ordered from Amazon. The cartridge came from Building.com. The cartridge is defective. I called Building .com but they couldn’t help me because I bought the cartridge from Amazon. If I send the cartridge back I won’t be able to use the shower. A dripping shower is better than no shower. So I have to buy a new cartridge before I can send back the defective cartridge. The time limited for sending it back will expire before the new cartridge is installed. Plus I now have to pay a plumber twice. One big hassle.
