Not used supplements from this brand before but had no issues at all. Nice packaging arrived securely sealed. I think the product is relatively good value for money. The tablets were easy to swallow. Decent dose, 268mg/400iu per tablet. I take mine after a bit of peanut butter as vitamin E is fat soluble. No unnecessary fillers at all and I appreciate the clarity on the packaging as vegan friendly, gluten free and GMO free.

These are capsule type, not those oily gel ones. I prefer these as I find them easy to swallow. I like the package they're in, it has that zip-lock seal across the top, keeping things fresh. Having been recommended to take Vitamin E by my doctor, I did a bit of reading: I noted that these are "d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate", which is the pure vitamin, whereas you can also find ones with the prefix "DL", ie "dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate"... apparently the DL means they're a synthetic compound whereas these ones are proper vitamin E. It doesn't make a lot of difference as it's all vitamin E either way, but the synthetic stuff tends to have other compounds in it to help it along, or to bulk it out or something. No matter, I prefer the more pure version like these. Also these ones aren't a gigantic dose either, at 400IU (international units) at 268mg each they're a good way to boost the Vit E level without going overboard. So far so good though, but of course time will tell how much benefit I get from Vit E, but given that the doctor has recommended it to help with certain symptoms I get, I'll give it a try. Overall happy with these, they're easy to swallow capsules in a nicely sealed pack.

These capsules were average sized, easy to swallow, tasteless, odourless and with no aftertaste. They come in an easy to store resealable pouch. In terms of effectiveness, I did not notice anything in particular that was good nor bad. no side effects. Vit E isn't really something I can notice benefits of except sometimes, with some brands, I can see the fine lines have lessened. I didn't notice that so much while taking this particular brand. I trust it was doing something regardless. It's a little bit more expensive than other brands I've tried.
