This is a good camera for the money, but the picture would blink or freeze for just a second multiple times when I was in Teams meetings. The sound was fine. Very easy to set up. Literally plug and go.

Used to attend Zoom Meetings. Integrates quickly with Windows 10.

Everything is to like and nothing to dislike.

I had to return the product because the picture stayed dark no matter how I adjusted the brightness or contrast; there was no change whatever. I tried to use the tech support and it was a total bust. All the instructions just said to use the controls that didn't work. Now I have a logitech Brio that self-adjusts the color and worked perfectly from the moment I plugged it in.

Good little cheap camera for video meetings

You need a perfect light quantity and well located to get quality video. If too much light or the light is poor, or the light is not. in the right position, the camera is too expensive.

I have been using this model for about 2 months now. I have been posted away from home and use it to Skype my daughter with. Bought two unit one of each of us. I have to say WOW. They are clear, self focusing, HD, with excellent sound quality. nice long cord. flexible mount to adjust to monitor or stand it up on desk. I must have for my desktop Skype users. No blockiness or freezing with a good quality computer(only as good as the computer using it.) Have had no issues. Self installs on Windows 10. Kicks butt for the price. Get it you will not regret it.

I've bought this webcam twice, not from this supplier previously (I bought it from Best Buy the first time around) -- but I loved it. For some reason, after five years, it seemed to stop working and I was quite disappointed. However, despite that, the quality and the programming was so awesome, I simply repurchased it via this seller and am delighted with it. I'm not all that familiar with how long the lifespan of a webcam should be, but the price is reasonable enough, and the HD resolution, compact cam, and bendable support, it makes it easy to take with me for my laptop, and to tuck away when out of use. So easy to use, plug it in and you're ready to go!

This is a darn good webcam for the money. Of course it meets all the specs that it claims so I'll just comment on installing and using. I am a linux (ubuntu) user. plugged it in and it worked. However, stand alone web cam software for linux is scarce and buggy. I did finally find a package GUVC Video Viewer that works great. I also installed this on my Windows 7 machine. the scanner and camera wizard didn't see it. So I googled the camera and downloaded the driver package from Microsoft. It comes with a program called LifeCam. It works really well with this camera, as it should, it was written for this camera. It provides far more control and many more features than my linux program. The main thing I'm pointing out is that I had to download the software and drivers for it. That's because this camera was made around the same time as Windows 8 so it's tailored for Windows 8. I would imagine it's completely plug and play in Win 8, just not 7. so you'll have to find and install the software yourself. There is no disc included. I find that the built in microphone picks up quite a bit of ambient noise in the room but when I speak, I'm loud and clear. That's about all you can expect from any webcam. It comes with a stand/clip that can be molded to clip over the op of your monitor - MAYBE. I guess my monitor is a bit thicker than they planned so it doesn't quite work as i had hoped. This clip folds into a stand that is kinda neat too. But sitting the camera on my desk - all you get is nostrils. It's better on top of your monitor. So i would buy again.

This webcam has been put into use quite often in this pandemic, and has worked well. Although the quality is not the best, but it does the job in delivering video and audio. I like the ease of installing it. Plug and play and ready to use.
