What are the colors? Numbers? I see no explanation anywhere..

You can go on the benefit or ulta websites for pictures of the colors. I’m a dirty blonde and #3 works great for me. I think it would be too light for a true brunette. I don’t like my eyebrows to be dark and this is not dark on me. Hope this helps.

I really like this product but it doesn't make sense to me to pay $144/year for my eyebrows, or $72 per brow. At these kinds of prices, I should save the money for gas!

I ordered this exact one on 9/6/20 and received shade #2. I purchased from department stores previously and the one I received on Amazon was the same.

What does the cool gray look like in this pencil?

A light grey. I like it because black is not good with my grey hair and brown is sometimes too dark. A blonde is good
