I know this is a weird question but what does it smell like? I don't like products that are too much like perfume

The scent is quite light, vaguely floral. I don't smell it after it's dried, and no one ever comments on it. (In my experience perfume-y products tend to draw some share of positive comments, from people who like that sort of thing.)

Could you please explain how to use this?

You spray it into the toots of you hair all over. If you have very fine hair like mine, I also add mousse to all the rest! Then blow dry and style as usual.

Will this work as well on toweled dry hair that will be air dried?

I have used this product on hair to be towel dried. It seems to work the same. The volume lift spray does give flat hair a boost.

does this has the same minty/refreshing smell as the old green version?

The only green version I use was the Fructis Style that is a lot better. John Friday is good I will give 7 stars compare with the other that I will give 10 starts.
