Thin and Portable Laptop, Intel Core i5-8250U Processor, S510UA-DS51 Power Supply

Bought this as a replacement for my wife's Vivobook S14 after the cat chewed through the cord of the original. It does not consistently provide power. While plugged in, the laptop cycles between "plugged in" and "on battery" states, and the battery level remains about constant. It never reaches 100%, or even close. I'm going with the Emaks adapter instead.At least it was fairly cheap, which is good since in the end it was a waste of money.

I purchased this as a back-up power cord for my computer. Works as expected.

Bough it to have chargers at home and at work as I use my laptop at both places. The quality of the plastic and connectors was poor, the plug was quite loose in the wall socket. But most importantly it failed to charge my Asus Vivo S, it certainly did provide some power as the battery was draining much slower than without the power supply, however overall power balance was never positive. It was able to slowly charge the laptop when it was off, but it is not how it meant to work. Apparently internal components are not powerful enough to handle the laptop power requirements. Discontinued the use of the AC adaptor in concerns that I can damage my laptop. I can't really tell if it is the problem of the particular unit I have bough or the series in general.
