Unhygienic?
When I was down to the last dose of the capsules I found some sedimentation on the bottom inside. Donโt know what it is but only shows that something is amiss in manufacturing and packaging. Lack of quality control definitely

Blood Pressure is great
I looked up my BP pills from the Dr. and found that my BP pills do the same thing this Nettle Root Extract does to an extent . I cut my BP medicine in half and still took the Nettle Root Extract and my BP is down a little. I have talked to my Dr. about this and she cut my BP pills out all together and we agreed to check it again in 3 weeks along with some blood work. She has kept me on the HCTZ for now. Side note: the BP pill was causing some insomnia another reason for cutting it out. NOW THIS IS ME AND MY DOCTOR you do your on research and talk to your own PCP. I like this Nettle Root Extract.

good ED response so far!
only3-4 days into use no problem with BP & Diabetic meds. pleased with ED response used with Tadalafil 5mg daily as needed for BPH.

Necessary supplement
I was taking this combined with Pygeum and had very good results. I assumed it was primarily due to the Pygeum, but when I ran out of this product and was taking Pygeum alone it was not as effective. My protocol for prostate health will henceforward be nettle root and Pygeum. I have also decided to begin including again the Source Naturals Beta Sitosterol
