一日一カプセルを推奨しているようだが、私の場合、ちょっと喉が痛くて風邪引きそうだなというときと、風邪を引いてしまってから飲むようにしている。 それでも確実に効果が実感できた 。サプリメントは効果が実感できるものがほとんどないがこれは違った。毎年季節の変わり目など、体調管理をしっかりしていていても風邪を引いてしまうが、これのおかげか、風邪をひく回数が確実に減った。風邪をひいてからでも治る日数が減ったと思う。マイナス点としては若干匂いがあることだが、 この値段でこの効果を考えたら☆五つの評価はあると思う。
